One video I'd want to see would be Shiori and Natsuki just discussing/ranting/mimicking what kind of weird stuff the westerners in the company are doing without knowing it is weird to the japanese mind. (Set it up with a japanese camera crew as well, and maybe just print a deck or cards with each of the westerners and set up a timer for them to switch which one they are currently deconstructing). (Might be a bit too mean for the japanese, but fall well within (at least) the british sense of humor. Also would be quite informative to know which habits westerners tend to keep even when living in japan long term)
