Thanks for your video, it is useful for table tenis players like me. Make clip on how to play forehand flick like you!

Hardest serve for me. I've mastered pendulum, even with strong sidespin. Additionally I've perfected my tomahawks, even getting reverse forehand tomahawks. I think the difficulty of reverse pendulum lies in how awkward it is to swing the wrist from inside to the outside. Kind of how it's harder to control pushing something rather than pulling something. Even harder is getting the topsin variant with sidespin. I miss the ball so much.
@dimitriskaracostas72102 жыл бұрын
For some reason I have more difficulty adding backspin than topspin. Even though my reverse serve (topspin) quality is not the best, there is sidespin and topspin on it, but that's not the case with the backspin. I feel like I don't have the power and momentum required to even get the ball over the net, despite the fact that I try to brush as much as I can without being too rigid. The feeling is just too soft and therefore I cannot control the ball the way I want to.
@rcbuggies572 жыл бұрын
@@dimitriskaracostas7210 I kind of agree, it's easier to do backspin, it's just impossible to get it to where it's not this weak almost dead ball. The topspin is you either get it very nicely, or you don't get it at all.

Is it going to affect the quality of the serve if I am doing a longer motion with the wrist?
@roycho49715 жыл бұрын
Thank you for your videos and I like them. However I believe you need to toss the ball higher. Technically, the ball doesn’t look so high as the rule of 16cm high off the hand.

I am struggling with this damn serve. When you do the contact point, if you had something threw the ball (like a toothpick) and did lines on the ball it would help soooo much.

where did you get that yellow and white ball from for checking your spin.....I also want one as i want to make my servers even spinnier
@dubsbarry99632 жыл бұрын
Great instructional. I would however change your text on the topspin variation of the serve. You wrote that the contact point was "side-ontop". Ontop is actually two words, not one. And you weren't brushing on top. "Side/behind" or "Side/back" of ball is where the contact was actually taking place. Please understand this is not an insult. I learned from your well-made video and I thank you. I can just imagine beginners practicing improper techniques if they misunderstood your text. Thanks again!

I thought the ball needed to be tossed at least 6 inches high. It looks like you're raising the ball in your hand and then dropping your hand, but the ball isn't going more than 3 or so inches in the air. Just curious about that. I do very much enjoy your videos!

what rubbers do you use, why you prefer them and how often do you boost both or one only
@MLFMTableTennis4 жыл бұрын
FH: Tenergy 05 ( i love this because it's a hard rubber, make me feel comfortable to create more spin on my forehand loop) BH: Mizuno T45 ( medium rubber, easy to block and get a safe backhand loop when i'm out of the table) I don't boost them bro :D i just use the original rubber :D
