Your tools are all so nice. They are so clean and well oiled. Your drill bits and grinding discs are sharp. Discovering your channel a few years ago, when you first started posting videos, completely changed my understanding of manufacturing and materials. I had been interested as a DIYer for years, but had never gotten very deep. But watching you restore tools - identifying what could simply be cleaned, what needed restoration, what had to be replaced entirely, and what could be improved upon - and how those processes could be approached - that completely flipped my perspective. I now recognize that if you understand the properties of a material, why certain components and products are designed the way they are, and what can be done to shape a material to make it suitable for performing the function you need performed - you can make anything. Anything can be replaced, or rebuilt better, or fixed hastily in a pinch. I know you didn't invent any of that, and certainly aren't the only creator on KZbin producing this kind of content - but you're my favorite, and I've learned so much watching your channels. Thank you.

The one thing that amazes me abour your shop is how clean everything is. All of your surfaces have that anodized brushed finish. It looks like you go in with soap and water and mineral oil every day. It looks beautiful. Your hands probably barely even get dirty doing the work you do lol. And you're also not afraid to use huge pieces of steel to make really rigid tools. I like that.
