I don't have the book, but I think is an very beautiful concept because when I think about what would happen after the series ends I imagine that the Cooper family would have a tradition of taking care of the ghosts or at least being aware of them, even if no one else in the family can see them, Allison will leave instructions and recordings for her descendants to know about the existence of ghosts, and that maybe Allison and Mike themselves could become ghosts after they past, this book is a testament that she is doing something that could work as a guide for future generations, I hope one day I can get my hands on it.

In Christmas special I hope they do flash forward of Alison died of old age then ghosts wait for them so that they can bring mary back into show and Alison passing house on to her child and grandchildren or Alison died in childbirth but her baby survive?

I read along with audiobook and it was one of the funnest experiences ever lol I really loved all of the extra lore we got in the book and I’ve seen it inspire a lot of fan works which is really fun to see! I think the six idiots did a great job with this book and I will definitely be rereading it!

Have you been on the 'Ghost tour' at West Horsley Place aka Button House? We were there last week, it was excellent some of the props are still there including the gate, dolls house used in the intro, Lady Buttons portrait and Alison's car, youll love it 😊

Little thing I noticed is that in s5 cap died on the 8th of May 1945 and in the book Julian was born on the 9th of may the same year and both of them died the same way

Got the book on Amazon, then i attended comic con for the first time to see the six idiots. Sadly Ben and Simon weren't there, and I missed my chance to get a ticket to get to book signed. But it was still fantastic. Then that same evening i saw another panel with them hosted by Bridget Christie. It was really interesting to hear about the book. There's a couple clips floating round from that latter event of Lawrence, Jim (Pat's camp rap), Mathew and Martha reading a few parts. Two things they said they knew they were going to include from the start were: Fanny's letter requesting a refund for the Titanic after someone stole her place. And Julian's 'swimming pewl' enquiry. And a fun fact for you. The handwritten postcard from Pat's son Daley (page 195) was written out by Mathew's daughter who kept asking for spellings which he refused to make it more realistic. Anyway love the book. I think there's another bookshop signing in London soon, there's been one at Waterstones recently, think the next one is at Foyles. Think only 3 or 4 of the 6 are going though.

Thank you for the preview. It's not available in the US last time I looked, but I had it on my kindle list, and it sounds like it's got so many visual elements that it would be awful on kindle, and I'll have to get a hard copy, which probably means in import. But at least it means I won't be wasting my money on an unreadable mess, and can get the clear and pretty hardback.

In the US, this book is available on Amazon for $36.59 but it does not come with the audiobook. The audiobook is not available in the US according to Audible. That being said, this book was worth every penny! It is just beautifully done and is a must if you love the series!
