Nice to see an actual musicians’ take on editing, much more relatable. Thanks for your online help with my recent project. Great series!

To have a musicians perspective on a software application within a musical context is of great value. Nice job!

I've previously used melodyne for it's tuning feature only (due to lack of compatibility with certain DAWs) but youve helped unlock features within melodyne i'd typically use other software for. I'm now implementing these in my daily workflow. Love your videos, thanks a lot

just to add. after the "Spot to Protools" feature stopped after around version 3.0 i had trouble adapting to recording in. it was amazing and fast and got so used to it that recording in was just... shit lol

I've been off the music industry a while ago, but I still monitor from time to time out of old times' sake... When I see this I think we've passed software engineering and went straight into black magic, some boundaries have definitely been pushed out of sight. Congratulations to all of you out there making things like this happen. ❤️

Just upgraded this week from essential to studio. I transcribed guitar riffs to midi, which is so awesome. Darn Holiday sales got me good this year.

Hello! Please tell the developers that they did a REALLY GOOD JOB! I had many issues before why I havent used Melodyne. All the major improvements of the last view years are really nice! As example: Inside Melodyne is a powerful sound design tool and additive synthesis which can be used in so many ways with the audio! And the new curve tools for blob beginning and ending for accentuating&lowering are very very important, also the automatic seperation of the noise and vocal parts are game changers!

Can you do the same thing with complex vocal harmonies, so to help pick out each of the harmony parts for singers to sing?

Wow, first time I heard of this plugin. I do this manually when I make covers, slow down songs, EQ to bring the guitar and figure it from there. But this is a solo guitar track, would this work on a full mix? Because this is where the hardest part is. If the artist would conveniently provide a guitar track, it's easy as pie. But they don't normally do that. Would like to see a demo with a full mix.

Depending on the complexity of the full mix, it should work just as well.

Now let’s see it do that out of a full band playing. Not a single sampled guitar.

That’s certainly more advanced, but still not impossible to do. 🙂
