Omg the makeup thing can’t be more true! It’s sad because when family members tell you not to wear makeup bc you’re too young but when you’re older they tell you you should start wearing makeup…

1 gias mom is my mom. 2 I’m a server and there was a family sitting at a table. The daughter was around 19. The mom said to her “you look like you’ve lost weight”! And the daughter just completely ignored her and looked away from her. The mom then said “it’s a compliment I don’t know what’s wrong with what I said” the daughter responded “my body is not your business”. I wanted to give her a hug. I wish I had the balls to say that to my mom.

One of the many times I was dress coded was on the first day of school senior year. I wore a sun dress that my aunt got me that summer, I felt beautiful and looked nice. I was crushed all day wearing a stinky t shirt that hadn’t been washed all summer. I was a shy kid and it really embarrassed the shit out of me. I developed faster than others and the adults at school punished me for it, and the adults in my life stopped treating me like a kid, “oh you’re so mature!” Bitch I’m 12 I just grew into my 5’9 height and women body all too quick! I still have the dress and when I wear it I still question what the teacher was thinking, it still hurts me to this day.

My boyfriend and I just went shopping and he was the same exact size pants in every store. Where I’m a 10, 9, 8, 7, or 6 depending on the brand. Or I’m a S, M or L. Brands that run so small make it worse for body dysmorphia, I think if women had across the board sizing it would help.

Honestly, I am so glad you guys shed light on this topic. I am considered "plus size" and you guys did a great job of representing both females and those of us who "don't fit the image." The thing that gets me the most is clothing. Look at a mens sm md large vs a womens sm md large. The difference in sm md large in womes is near non-existent in most cases.

My sister works in the beauty industry and to the point that Gia made about male makeup… gender neutral makeup is on the rise and beauty companies are making a push to create tinted moisturizers for men and stuff (not a man sympathizer but interesting point about male beauty)

Totally can relate to this . I have always been athletic since i was in 1st grade . I had a fast metabolism . Until after highschool i gained a little weight in college . My parents are gym rats , they constantly pushed that on me and then i would view the gym as a negative space versus a positive one because i was being told to go for not the right purpose . Also my grandma everytime i see her , there is a comment on me losing or gaining weight . Its a never ending battle . And it fucks with my mental health for sure when your family wants to view you a certain way . Even though i am healthy and happy . For some reason my body image to them is more important . And i hate that .

Hi bri new fan cuz of theo, just wanna show my love to you and how real you keep it and authentic you are. Not to mention you’re top ten most beautiful people in the world without an ounce of the effort that all the other girls put into it. I heard what you said about being happy with where you are working w barstool but they are holding you back. (Didn’t even tell you you were the top creator etc) they aren’t paying you enough, they are probably effing you tbh. If you leave them and go independent… or start your own businesses, you’ll blow up and make 10x the bread. You are beautiful enough and dope enough and down to earth enough to take the male podcast audience by the short hairs and have one of the biggest podcasts ever. You and theo was the bestt. You were amazing on TPW. You and theo could do a podcast together or you could just start doing your own solo podcast where you have guests like theo and other comedians and even athletes entertainers etc. love ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ you and theo would be the cutest couple ever btw. He would be good to you 🥰🥺🥹🥲

I’ve been struggling with my body image since I was about 7 (I’m 27 now). I didnt realize I was bigger or “hairy” until my peers and family pointed it out to me. It was so bad that i would put skinny and blonde or the popular girls name on the “what do you want to be when your older/ I wish..” activities. My elementary school made me see the guidance counselor until 5th grade. She was nice but coloring It didn’t help.

The chokehold tumblr had in middle school me 😂 I was in my car lisntening to this smiling bc how comforting it was to hear my Lana del Rey old men fetish- anoerxia- self harm era wasn’t just me, also- the fact that I’m 22 now and still slip into that shit to this day bc it was my coping mechanism growing up- so it’s not an app the time thing just when I’m going absolutely mental in the brain but yeah the middle school phase of getting a bag of chips for lunch…… wild and shaped me as a person lmao

I’ve been a size 00 and size 10 .. it doesn’t change who you are one bit. Best way to be is..Zero F’s mentality…Started that in highschool.. and still live by that today.. best way to live and be. We have one life to live and no one is perfect and no one has it figured out.. just live your life ..who cares what anyone thinks. Fuck society and their BS ways.

Not to mention, most “plus size” models aren’t even a good depiction of a regular plus size women. The models always still have an hour glass shape, flat stomach and small arms. It’s so rare to see a plus size model have broad shoulders, an apple shape body or large rolls.

My first time to Miami me (5'9 in the best shape of my life unlike now as my fam reminds me), my two best friends 5'1 blondes, we all got bracelets to get into LIV and Mansion. We decided to start at Mansion first there were two beautiful African America ladies in front of us and were so excited it was there first time to Miami too. The gross ass doorman signaled me and my friends from behind them to come in. I presumed we were all going in together. His troll ass had the audacity to stop them and try to usher us in. First of all, No. Second of all, we ain't items.Third of all, we all walked in together after I cut throat said troll and manager.
