You can put the plastic covering for the crust on top of the pie while it it setting. Just invert it and put the edges under the tin rim of the pan.

For a graham cracker crust I've always put the crackers in a ziplock bag and used a can of soup or something to first smash the graham crackers and then roll over them. It's an easy way to make sure you have no unbroken pieces for your crust.

Some stores stock their key lime juice in the alcohol isle next to the mixed drink items. I use that key lime juice in many recipes such as salad dressing & marinades. So good. I will have to give this pie a try.

I only put Eagle brand condensed milk, 2 egg yolks and key lime juice. It sets up perfectly in less than an hour, delicious!! Lemon icebox, same way. This is only way I've ever known. Mom did it. I'm eighty and it's perfect everytime.

I am a big fan of making Bimini Keylime pie you can find Keylime juice in the cocktail section of your supermarket such as the aisle where they have mixers for cocktails that’s where you’ll usually find Keylime juice it’s quite expensive but oh so good
