These latest videos have a really unique format, showing 2 completely different perspectives on the same riding destination, which is quit cool and probably appeals to a really diverse audience, which can't be a bad thing! keep it up

I've enjoyed this video so much! Learnie was my first ever real downhill experience, while on holiday in Scotland in 2017. The Netherlands, where I live, is like a billiart table compared to Scotland (and pretty much any other country in Europe for that matter). I've been riding for years at home, but riding downhill in Scotland was (and still is) one of my life goals. At Learnie I did the blue trail first. I had an epic crash about 25 metres in, because I forgot to switch my camera on and did it while cycling. Not wise on yer first DH ever :-D After a quick re-evaluation of my life choices and after the pain had subsided I carried on. Needless to say I absolutely loved it. I did all the blue routes that day. Also the orange route twice. I loved every minute of it, even the near death experiences on some of the jumps and drops. At the end of the day I was totally exhausted, bruised and my shins were covered in blood stained cuts (I wore shorts with no pads). Best thing was on the second ascent I got lapped by a 4 yo girl and her mom, being Dutch and not being used to climbing so many meters. Plus being a 46 yo out of shape fat guy. I was firmly put in my place :-) Rode the skillarea with my 7yo daughter for almost an hour. Thanks for the video. Loved it. Brought back some precious memories. Love the channel. I will be back in Scotland in the coming years, I hope!

Another thing. On a second viewing of the video I got a painfull flashback at 12:48. I had a full contact sidehit on the big tree at the immediate left of the trail, coming out of the corner. I remember it well :-) Nearly threw me off the bike. One of the bigger bruises of the day.

Hi Guys. Loved the video of the two of you tackling the trails. It is understanable why Alix feels she is overloaded with information. With time and practice, it will bevcome more natural to her. It reminds me of when I was learning to drive and I had to learn how to turn left or right. I was struggling to to operate the mirrors, gearstick and everything else that goes along with performing that manoeuvre. Don't worry Alix, you will improve, and just rememer, you are learning to rde off road trails which is more difficult than main road cycling. I an re-learning to off road cycle too and feel like my bike is possessed, as it does not go exactly where I want it too. Goodluck

They have half, I was told 29ers were faster but opted for 650b with the option of 2.8 tires and I feel that's rapid. If there's a big difference going to 29 they must be something else. Great video, the orange run would have been ace to see, also there is loads of black/off piste runs on the other side of the road that is well worth trying..... loads to do, alot more than Contin!! Tip for Alex that might be easier than rembering which pedal to lift on each corner. .. Just keep both your feet/ pedals level with each other. It might be worth trying until you get better and faster.

You ever bother with goggles Andrew or prefer the Jawbreakers ? Started wearing a TLD Stage similar to your Fox. Feel safer but full face and shades I was unsure about. Goggle on the trail can be great on DH section but easy fog up on a climb. I never like to ride with no eyewear for fear of branch in the eye or mud as wear contacts these day’s .

McTrail Rider Those are jack-up drilling rigs, basically used to find the oil. Not many new finds in the North Sea and further afield the water is too deep for them.
