This maybe breath holding spell because of excessive crying due to pain Or Seizure disorders. EEG should be done. Maintain Hemoglobin atleast 12 gm/dl. Whenever he is having pain or excessive crying, give proper dose of prescribed medicine for pain. Try to divert him from pain sensation by love and tender care. God bless him.

Aameen His EEG report is normal and his hemoglobin level is 7.2 and he hold his breath upto 5 minutes when he was hurted or something snatched from him or some body hit him strictly. His stone was analyzed It was made of xanthine. A Doctor advised us to transfuse him 300ml blood but MY elder brother says Am hear from professor doctor he said at low age the children not be allowed to transfuse blood otherwise children hameotopoisis affected and children become habitual to blood transfusions. SO KINDLY help us either wo transfuse him blood or not and also tells us about stones .It is constantly producing or whence remove cannot be made next time
