This a great looking trawler. I love the minimalist look.

Liked it a lot. Might be a bit small for me but still nice. Love to see new builders bringing new ideas to existence. The is a great platform for a diesel/Electric drive train.

Those solar panels look very interesting. I have been watching for improvements in the efficiency of solar and range extending generators. Combine them with a _big_ battery pack, a roof of those panels maybe on a thin water jacket to cool them down, and a bigger boat, (because I need to float four comfortably, six in a pinch), and we might be on to something here.

Does anyone else feel like that low transom is just plain scary? I love the sleek lines, inside and out. Looks much easier to maintain than a more crafted vessels. I lie the split head too. Slick-looking is a good way to say it. It just looks so easy to keep clean and yet comfortable for a couple. I may be all wet but the transom tells me it would’ve more appropriate for fresh water than sea going or even the inland waterway.

Certainly not for all, but it does have a common-sense design and minimalistic charm. Sorry for the money I would buy a used Grand Banks or Beneteaufast trawler though.

That looks to be a durable design, will take a snotty sea, but I personally not fond of an open aft and deck, would probably have it fold up into the transom, or an insert that closes it off so you don't get pooped, also the lack of hand-holds on the roof edges etc. as you point out, is not real friendly on a boat with such narrow walks. As it sits it looks to be a fair weather gunk-holer or a bit better, but nothing you want to be in in crappy weather with especially in a following sea, great hull design or not that back would be a scary place in an emergency. Otherwise it is very pretty imho, lots of potential. Good walk-'round, Cheers!

doubt one can call it a cruiser with tiny fridge like that. they should have put full height fridge where the range is and stuck 2 burner propane unit into countertop. Overall it seems to be a bit overpriced for what it is... For this much one can get much better and more livable boat.

A/C. . .Sorry, but a couple or small family. . .Harbours are almost always calm, wet, and buggy. Close it up, cool it down (dehumidify). . .Sailboats this would be a different conversation (maybe not), but love this thing, but want at least that one comfort.

This boat looks like it's the idea of what teenager son of a boat builder might come up with for his first design when he's 12 or 13 years old

That chain locker is going to be spewing seawater all over that bed in rough seas. Mark my words. It's going to flood the interior as well if it's really rough because it's going to go into that stupid uncovered well and then it's going to go into the chain locker and then it's going to go into the bed and then it's going to go into the boat basically designed by a 3-year-old

$300k for this bucket? A friend bought a 2006 Leopard Arno 26m (81ft) for 400k. A dingy vs a ship!

@@wmason1961 2 years after and he has his capital back. He's a professional. This bucket here is NOT a value for money deal and it's only going to depreciate from that price tag. Sure loss vs something you can rent and make money.

300k?? this looks like a workboat conversion by a skilled amteur. while i think it is a boat for how people actually use their boats rather than a flash gin palace, but 300K? what else can you get for 300k? a lot more boat. be a great liveaboard for a young footloose digital nomad couple.

Kind of an awkward design. Proportions are awkward and way to squared off. It looks like a camper stuck on top of a fishing boat. Way to many sharp corners. Also an odd mix of radius and sharp corners on the storage compartments. To me she looks home built. The blocky and angular setee does not look inviting or comfortable.

Notice just like most cheap fiberglass sailboats that are no watertight compartments you spring a leak? You're sinking doesn't matter but if you had watertight compartments and bulkheads like an AMEL Even if the main salon in galley compartment internet AMEL is flooded it will still float but these boats and other cheap fiberglass boats like these they sink like rocks

For close to 400k, I couldn't justify it. Just think of the 40+ ft bluewater sailboat you could get with that kind of money and one that truly is a live a board, sail anywhere in the world.

Well, in fairness, that's CDN. In US it clocks in at 300k. Which is still a joke. There are 100s of boats at 300k that would do circles around this boat, providing far more size, safety, stability, comfort, range, and utility. I can't imagine who would drop that kind of money on this boat, other than someone who knows nothing about boats.

OK. Now THIS is a nice boat. First, let me say thanks for repping a sailing/cruising oriented product (and it looks like a good one. Will check it out). No magic snake oil juice, please. Love the fwd birth, doors on both sides of PH, engine ROOM. Nice single engine with good reduction and propping. Set up for power, not speed. My last trawler was 32’ with a singe 85 Ford Leahman and it was plenty of power. If you throttle this boat down to 7 kts, you would probably only burn 1.5 gpa. Very clean simple design. Nice lines too. Only one complaint and not a big one. That galley counter is beautiful, but not for long the way a galley is used. I would opt for Corian far better choice. Again, a winner. Thanks
