Phenomenal consolidation of a great methodology. Every time a video like this pops up I define my office procedures.

Hey Matt, I have watched all the videos in this series expect "Making a proposal." I can't find it! I love them all and I would really like to take notes on that one as well. Help :)
Hello Matt Easton, My name is Damon Cameron. I am a college Freshman. I am going into residential real estate in leasing and property management. I have watched all your videos and taken great notes and learned a lot! Thank you for all your great advice! I did have one question. Is there a difference in salary or level if someone going into this career has a bachelor degree in Business management administration compared to a Masters degree in Business management? Which would you recommend before jumping into this business thinking long term?

I think a bachelors degree is more than enough to get started, you can start without and degree.... Have you thought about getting your CLC credential from www.LeasingUniversity.com yet? If so, call the office and ask to speak with me, I have an idea I want to run past you. (888) 735-7451

Well I will be a leasing consultant for a 1-3 years before I take a job as a property manager for single family/ multi unit homes. That is where a master degree came to mind due to the increase in salary chart I saw. And sure! I will give you a call sometime this week.
