Replace the blade. Its like an Exacto knife

I strop when it starts to get dull and when that doesn't work anymore I replace the blade.

Tony, what kind of tape do you use to attach the patterns to the leather? Does it leave any residue on the leather?

Question: The hole punching tools I have seem to not be sharp enough to punch the stitching holes. Any recommendations? I was thinking that the surface I’m using isn’t hard enough. But when I watch your videos, you seems to be able to do it with ease.

You can use a stitching awe instead of punching holes as Tony does. Just a tad harder to push the needles thru

Am I able to print this out on letter paper? Turns out my printer isnt capable of using Legal or A4 sized paper so I'm unable to use some of the patterns you have made unfortunately

6yes, print on anything you have. Just check the Actual Size and you are ok to go

I've used other size paper. Tweak the zoom setting if the size is critical (like my slippers) or just get kinda close (say for a keychain)

I have the same problem. Tony has a video called Page cut off at the bottom fix. Watch that video and open pattern in Adobe Reader which should be free to download. Then print as poster size and do all the other settings he suggests and make sure you select that cut line option and it will show you where to cut the page and then tape them together.
