Where you soak a seal

Canada air rifle should not exceed 500 fps.

You are right but you can get a PAL (firearm licence) to own an air rifle which exceeds 500fps. This rifle belongs to a hunting/ fishing buddy of mine who lives in the Caribbean. I was visiting at the time when i made this video. You don't need a firearm licence to own one of these in his neck of the woods.
