I think it would be naive and typical United to spend most our budget on a striker this summer when it’s not even close to the priority. We don’t create much chances so it’s pointless to get another striker without getting other positions first. How many more years do you United fans want to ignore the midfield? Yes we got one this summer when we needed 3. I think we still need 3 this summer, possibly 2 who can play the lwb, 2 numbers tens with this new formation, a cb, a winger, and yes a striker but I would sign at least 5 of these other positions before going for a striker unless there’s a bargain out there.
