Another interview that was deceptively edited was the Michael & Gavin interview by Martin Bashir at Neverland, where they talk about him sleeping in MJ's room. The clip that's been going around was edited and starts in the middle of Gavin's sentence, leaving out the part where he says how he asked Michael if he could sleep with him- while the clip insinuates Michael manipulating him into sleeping with him. I will never understand why people want to crucify him so badly, to the point of such blatant lies.

alex Taylor: you made a judgement based on a documentary that shows only two alleged victims and their side of the story. You did not see the actual evidence that would have been presented in a criminal case. Other children who stayed with Michael and testified on his behalf were Corey Feldman and McCauley Culkin. Corey Feldman has been the most outspoken advocate for shaming and naming pedofiles in Hollywood. yet he said Michael did not molest him. He also just recently stated that he would not go as far as saying the two men are lying but he said he never saw any of what they are saying. He therefore will not say they are lying and allow them to have a voice but he repeats again that he was not molested. So if you choose to believe what you watched in a documentary then that's your buzz but don't try to stop people like Brian asking uncomfortable questions. We all want to protect the innocence of a child but only if that child was actually a victim in the first place. We need people like Brian to ask questions when no one else is brave enough to ask them.

Michael Jackson was weird and brought this all on himself, but you would think a guy who did this would slip up and have some evidence by 1 person instead of saying "oh he molested me" and give no evidence. Any kid who actually did meet Michael and have proof he was in neverland can say oh in private we kissed and had sex but since it was in private theres no pictures or videos, just videos of us doing kid shit and being happy.

william jonas, unlike you, he is looking at facts and why two men who swore on the bible and in court that Michael Jackson did not molest them have decided to come out and claim he did molest them, to the tune of hundreds of millions of dollars. He also points out that Wade Robson was in financial trouble a the time he made the allegations. The other guy also makes a good point when he says that Wade Robson and the other accuser have had plenty of time to get their stories right. Child abuse documentaries with victims are all over the internet. Movies have been made of real life child abuse victims. Lectures, documentaries, experts who have studied child abuse are also on KZbin. There is a plethora of information on the internet that is available for ordinary citizens including those who have the intention of making false allegations, to look at.

These are facts that can be discussed without watching a “documentary.” Also, Wade’s reasons for why he defended Michale under oath has changed. It was also just a really complex situation. Those kids were legitimately in love with Michael. They didn't think of it as abuse. That is why the defended him for so long. They knew the sexual stuff was true, but they didn't think it was a bad thing until they had kids of their own. After they had their own kids they realized how fucked up their own childhoods were and admitted it. It makes perfect sense when you listen to them explain.

It's been proven that both Robson and Safechuck took a ton of excerpts from a book called "Michael Jackosn Was My Lover, The Secret Diary of Jordie Chandler" written by this creep named Victor Gutierrez. He claimed to have had a video of Michael abusing a child and so becuase of this Michael took him to court. When it came time to show the tape Victor admited it didn't exist. @@aussielung This is from award-winning investigative journalist Charles Thomson. These are facts and can be collaborated through RESEARCH. There are more, but I'm not going to scour the Internet for them right now. DO RESEARCH! "I’ve felt total and utter shame at my industry as the coverage of tonight’s Michael Jackson TV show has grown increasingly dishonest and dangerous. I’ve worked in the media since I was a teenager. The whole media knows these two men are liars. But that’s not good for clicks or ratings. For five years, these men - both professional actors - have been suing Michael Jackson’s estate for hundreds of millions of dollars. This lawsuit has generated thousands of pages of court records: witness statements, motions, depositions and disclosure. These public documents PROVE beyond any reasonable doubt that the men are lying. The whole media knows about these documents, but is refusing to report on their contents. I’ve tried not to fill my Facebook feed with posts about this, but you are all being lied to from every direction. So this is my contribution to the debate on Facebook - a list of just some of the public record information the media is refusing to tell you. *Both men strenuously defended Jackson, including under oath, for decades, and only decided they’d been molested years after his death, when they were both in financial trouble and filed a lawsuit seeking hundreds of millions of dollars. That lawsuit was thrown out of court - twice - but the men are in the middle of an appeal, giving them a gigantic financial motive to lie. *Since filing their lawsuit, both men have repeatedly changed their stories, frequently telling directly contradictory versions of the same supposed events. For example, Wade Robson has told at least four directly contradictory stories about the first time Jackson supposedly abused him. *In his initial creditor's claim, Robson was caught lying under oath so brazenly that the judge threw out his statement and said no rational juror could ever believe his account. *Between 2012 and 2014, Robson wrote two drafts of an abuse memoir and tried unsuccessfully to sell them to publishers. He then lied under oath and claimed he’d never sent them to publishers. Despite having been ordered to hand over all correspondence and documents pertinent to his allegations, Robson never handed over his drafts or correspondence about his attempts to secure book deals until the Estate discovered they existed and the court had to compel him to do so. *Robson was also ordered to release his emails as evidence. He breached the order repeatedly, first by claiming they didn’t exist, then by redacting all the emails between himself and his family members and citing ‘attorney-client’ privilege, even though none of his family are attorneys. *When he eventually complied with the court order and released the emails, they revealed that at the time he was constructing his lawsuit and abuse memoir, he was researching and emailing himself links to old tabloid newspaper stories about abuse allegations against Michael Jackson. *The emails showed Robson found one particular story from the early 1990s which specifically named he and his mother. He emailed it to his mother and asked whether it was true. She replied, ‘Wow, none of that is true’. He then included it in his story anyway. When questioned about it, his mother claimed the email had been longer and had been misconstrued. Asked whether she could therefore produce the complete email and prove she was telling the truth, she claimed she no longer had access to her email account. *Emails also revealed that throughout 2011/12, Robson was lobbying Jackson’s estate for a job directing and choreographing an official Michael Jackson tribute show in Las Vegas. His campaign to secure this role had included sending emails explaining that his amazing friendship with Jackson meant nobody was better qualified for the role than he was, and he was devoted to doing the best job he possibly could ‘for Michael’. After being told someone else had got the job, he suddenly claimed he’d been abused and filed a creditor’s claim against the estate for millions of dollars. *Months later, Jimmy Safechuck claimed he flipped on the TV and saw Wade Robson being interviewed about his lawsuit. In that moment, Safechuck said he suddenly remembered that he had been abused by Jackson as well, so decided to join the lawsuit. He didn’t mention that this epiphany coincided with his inheritance circling the drain after a relative died and the surviving family members started suing each other for control of the family business. *Robson was ordered to produce his diaries as evidence. In them, he’d written about how these allegations might rescue his failing career by making him ‘relatable and relevant’. He also wrote, ‘It’s time for me to get mine.’ When questioned under oath about what he’d meant when he wrote that, he refused to answer. *Safechuck claims in the TV show that Jackson spent Thanksgiving Day 1987 at his home. Jackson was not only at Safechuck's home on Thanksgiving Day 1987, he was not even in the country. He was in Australia on tour. Footage of the Australian tour is even included elsewhere in the TV show, unwittingly airing evidence which disproves its own 'star witness's testimony. *Safechuck claims in the TV show that he and Jackson had a mock wedding in 1989 and then went on 'honeymoon' to Euro Disney. Euro Disney did not open until 1992. By 1992, Safechuck claims in the film he was already being phased out and 'replaced' with another boy. *Safechuck's mother claims in the TV show that she woke up to the news of Jackson's death and danced around because he 'couldn't hurt anymore children'. The Safechuck family lives in California, where Jackson also lived. His death was pronounced at 3pm on June 25, 2009, and became a news story within minutes. Does Safechuck's mother typically wake up after 3pm? *Despite such glaring issues with the witness's testimony, director Dan Reed claims he 'forensically' researched their allegations before including them in his TV show. *Both men’s timelines have changed repeatedly and are often contradictory and nonsensical. For example, Safechuck claimed in his lawsuit that he only remembered Jackson had abused him in 2013 when he turned on the TV and saw Robson. Yet in the same suit, he claimed to have told a relative he’d been abused in 2005 and had therefore ‘refused’ to testify for Jackson’s defence. *But according to Jackson’s defence team, Safechuck was never asked to testify in 2005. Court records show the judge ruled early on that testimony could only be heard about certain children, and Safechuck was not one of them. All testimony about Safechuck was literally banned from the courtroom. *Both men tell stories in the TV show which directly contradict stories told under oath in their lawsuit. In fact, they have continued to change their stories as recently as within the last two weeks. *Robson claimed in a BBC interview two weeks ago that Jackson had abused him ‘hundreds of times’. Yet his mother’s sworn testimony is that whilst they went to Neverland roughly 14 times, Jackson was almost never there. She estimates the number of times they visited the ranch and he was actually there was four. *Questioned about their financial motive, the men have claimed in recent weeks that they don’t care about money and are only suing to embolden other abuse victims by holding the Jackson estate accountable. This is a provable lie. The lawsuit was originally filed under seal with Jackson anonymised as ‘John Doe 1’, and Robson tried to extract a settlement from the estate with zero publicity. Only when the estate refused to pay a settlement did he go public. I could continue, but if you’re still on board with the TV show and its accusers at this point, you are irrational to the point of mania. Tonight’s TV show covers up all of this information, instead presenting two professional actors’ heavily edited and completely unchallenged testimony without ever examining their credibility, their proven lies and perjury, their constantly changing stories or their financial motives. It is a stain on the journalistic profession, as has been the rest of the media’s coverage."

Wade not only lied in his 2005 testimony, he also lied in his current testimony. He has changed his story 4 times and only came out after being turned down for a job with Cirque du Soeil in Vegas. Some people are good actors esp using rehearsed scripts, defending Jackson under oath in 2005, changing their stories when in financial trouble, and documentaries are usually inherently biased in one direction or another, and editing exaggerates the effect. If you want to be unbiased you probably shouldn’t interview accusers only

Good show. I have theories/questions about MJ behaviors that I have yet to see discussed but I haven't tried to watch every commentary/media on the subject. I wonder about the emotional connection between Wade and Michael. The starstruck influence that drove the Robson family, and the tendancy of tweens^ to get crushes on their teachers...and the obvious suggestion that Michael wanted a Mini-me included in his image. I also suspect that Michael as a child was repeatedly subjected to secret Hollywood power predators. Young, cute, up and coming boys in Hollywood are targeted and that was definitely our cute and fabulous 1960's/70's Michael Jackson. My interest is in getting really deep into areas that cause such things as molestation and smear campaigns and how views on appropriate showing of love can differ immensely. My mind is full of questions about what really happened, why and how and this is the first place I felt inclined to share. Thank you for letting me put my thoughts out there. I'm subscribing to your show.

That Brendan mentions Elton John is actually hilarious cause Elton John and Michael Jackson both helped Ryan White, the kid who got HIV through polluted blood supply and then later died from AIDS in the 90's. ygrainependragon money is a huge motivation. If it weren’t, The wouldn’t have a track record of suing Michael Jackson’s estate for millions before this documentary. Most people (poor or well off), want more money. Also, Wade’s career and finances were supposedly in the tank before he made his first accusation. Fame doesn’t always equal well off. I’m not saying they are lying, but to say that money can’t be seen as a possibly motivation for them based off the the reasons you gave, is wrong. It’s very possible that it’s about money.

Bryan really needs to watch it. Also, considering these guys went through years of sex abuse and the emotional abuse around “not getting caught”, ofcourse they’re gonna defend him at first, I think it makes sense that it would take them a long time to come forward. And what money are they gonna get? Clearly they’re gonna get less from doing this, other than the freedom of telling the truth. Just the fact alone he only wanted little boys around, he didn’t care about allllllll children. And once these kids got to a certain age they would notice they were replaced by younger boys through the same patterns.
@Capgungoesbang
@Capgungoesbang 5 жыл бұрын
Tubularm8 exactly, it’s much more complicated than Bryan is making it out to be just because they suddenly became adults. It really was as though they were Michael’s boyfriends because of how he treated them and Michael is the entertainer of all entertainers, ofcourse they’re gonna fear speaking against him. Their stories were so specifically parallel as well. Also, the parents clearly should have seen the red flags, and everyone keeps wanting to talk about how it’s the parents fault but they won’t ever say how Michael is at fault. Michael is the catalyst, he is the one who caused all this trauma, very likely due to his own trauma. I think their voices are undeniable.

@@Tubularm8 you're confusing Wade with James. But it's worth looking into Wade. Wade's story is so incredibly flawed and contradicting, this should not be ignored. He insists that he doesn't suffer from repressed memory and always knew what MJ did to him. But nobody forced Wade to go on the witnessstand in 2005 and nobody asked him to praise MJ up until July 2012 in interviews, eventhough he opened up to a therapist in march 2012. He actively approached the family for tickets for the memorial and begged the estate in 2011 (which he claimed he didn't know of an estate until 2013) to be the lead choreographer for MJ cirque du soleil. Wade not only has a credibility problem before 'coming clean' he was also caught in several lies within his lawsuit and changed his story and timeline multiple times. He already had money issues in 2011, thatswhy he sold off MJ memorabilia, like the hat for 50.000 at Julians Auction. They just verified the information that Wade needed money and that he asked to be anonymous. Just when you see him praising MJ in 2012, he already was trying to shop around for a bookdeal with his story in that same year. Is that really the first thing an abused person would do? No publisher was interested anyways. But he claims he is not interested in a financial gain and sued the estate for 1.5 billion. The timing of the lawsuit is also curious. In the trial in 2013 against AEG, AEG announced it is going to get really nasty in the opening statement. One week later Wade came up with the lawsuit. Mesereau commented on that to TMZ. He created his own 'non profit foundation' for abused children which he cleverly parked under the Hawaii Community Foundation where basically there is no transparancy whatsoever about the cashflow and he made this only one month prior to the premier of the documentary. Thats when he supposedly started caring for other victims. And just now the MJ estate verified that Wade and Jimmy do get paid for the docu, which they denied. They earn a percentage of the worldwide airing. And lets not forget the episode where he cheated on Michaels niece, who he had been with for over seven years, with Britney while she was with Justin.😂😂 According to his timeline, he was molested from 1989 to 1996. While the investigation went on in 93, while MJ was with Lisa Marie and while Wade dated MJ's niece?

I can't bear this "but back then they denied abuse...". It shows a clear misunderstanding and willful ignorance of the impact of sexual abuse. How can you, who did not experience this, claim know how someone who did should act, what their journey should look like? Nobody wants their memories and experience of Michael Jackson tarnished. Who doesn't love those songs, those videos. So he was apparently capable of glorious creativity and also such damage. But how do you reconcile that? I don't have an answer.

Exactly and it shows a willful ignorance as to the psychological consequences of child abuse. For a long time these men didn't consider it abuse and thought of it as a mutual loving relationship. I don't care how old you are. Wade Robson defended Michael in '93 and '05. I can give him a pass in the 90s since he was still a kid. But don't fkin tell me once you're in your 20s you don't understand what sexual abuse is. The concept of it. The sin. The immorality of it. Don't tell me that. Sad thought, since the statute of limitations is in place so that courts can ensure that certain details of the case can be preserved. Watching the doc, it sure does seem that they have details in spades. Certainly enough to prove in court that they were in relationship with the man in certain points and throughout time as children.
