It wasn't just boys but girls, mothers and fathers. The media twisted the narrative around to focus it on "little boys" when it wasn't NEARLY as creepy as they made it seem, especially since his bedroom was the size of a two-story house.

Minus DaGreez Not really. There are opposite spectrums of everything. He could’ve been an innocent which is exactly how the writer of Peter Pan was described. Mike paid people to pose as shoppers in a grocery store just so he could feel what it’s like to be a regular person shopping. He had no childhood and no real adulthood. He was secluded from real life. It’s very possible that he just wanted to be a kid. I mean he named his spot Neverland for Christ’s sake. People thinking him having kids in his bed is a obvious indicator of pedophilia are thinking from their own personal perspective which is warped by the evils of society. NO evidence was found of him being a pedo. Your math has a bunch of unknown variables so you’re adding 2 + 2 when there are way more variables in that equation. It’s just soooo easy to condemn somebody. You believe a couple known obsessed money hungry liars but you don’t believe the people who have nothing to gain from Mike who said he didn’t do SHIT.

Some things about both men on Leaving Neverland you won't see on the documentary or the media. Both men strenuously defended Jackson, including under oath, for decades, and only decided they’d been molested years after his death, when they were both in financial trouble and filed a lawsuit seeking hundreds of millions of dollars. That lawsuit was thrown out of court - twice - but the men are in the middle of an appeal, giving them a gigantic financial motive to lie. Since filing their lawsuit, both men have repeatedly changed their stories, frequently telling directly contradictory versions of the same supposed events. For example, Wade Robson has told at least four directly contradictory stories about the first time Jackson supposedly abused him. In the lawsuit, Robson was caught lying under oath so brazenly that the judge threw out his entire witness statement and said no rational juror could ever believe his account. Between 2012 and 2014, Robson wrote two drafts of an abuse memoir and tried unsuccessfully to sell them to publishers. Meanwhile, he lied under oath and said he’d never discussed his allegations with anyone except his lawyers. When the Jackson estate discovered he’d actually been shopping books, the court ordered him to produce the drafts as evidence. They revealed the story of his abuse had changed significantly from one draft to the next. Robson was also ordered to release his emails as evidence. He breached the order repeatedly, first by claiming they didn’t exist, then by simply refusing to hand them over. Then he redacted all the emails between himself and his family members and cited ‘attorney-client’ privilege, even though none of his family are attorneys. When he eventually complied with the court order and released the emails, they revealed that at the time he was constructing his lawsuit and abuse memoir, he was researching and emailing himself links to old tabloid newspaper stories about abuse allegations against Michael Jackson. The emails showed Robson found one particular story from the early 1990s which specifically named he and his mother. He emailed it to his mother and asked whether it was true. She replied, ‘Wow, none of that is true’. He then included it in his story anyway. Emails also revealed that throughout 2011/12, Robson was lobbying Jackson’s estate for a job directing and choreographing an official Michael Jackson tribute show in Las Vegas. His campaign to secure this role had included sending emails explaining that his amazing friendship with Jackson meant nobody was better qualified for the role than he was, and he was devoted to doing the best job he possibly could ‘for Michael’. After being told someone else had got the job, he suddenly claimed he’d been abused and filed a creditor’s claim against the estate for millions of dollars. Months later, according to Jimmy Safechuck, he flipped on the TV and saw Wade Robson being interviewed about his lawsuit. In that moment, Safechuck suddenly remembered that he had been abused by Jackson as well, so decided to join the lawsuit. He didn’t mention that this epiphany coincided exactly with his inheritance circling the drain after a relative died and the surviving siblings started suing each other - including him - for control of the family business. Robson was also ordered to produce his diaries as evidence. In them, he’d written about how these allegations might rescue his failing career by making him ‘relatable and relevant’. He also wrote, ‘It’s time for me to get mine.’ When questioned under oath about what he’d meant when he wrote that, he refused to answer. Both men tell stories in the TV show which directly contradict stories told under oath in their lawsuit. In fact, they have continued to change their stories as recently as within the last week. For example, Jimmy Safechuck claims under oath in the lawsuit that he only remembered Jackson had abused him in 2013 when he turned on the TV and saw Robson. Yet in tonight’s TV show and interviews promoting it, he claims he knew he’d been abused in 2005 and thus, when asked to testify for Jackson’s defence ‘towards the end of the trial’, he refused to do so. But that’s a provable lie. Safechuck was never asked to testify for Jackson’s defence. The judge ruled long before the trial began that testimony could only be heard about certain children, and Safechuck was not one of them. All testimony about Safechuck was literally banned from the courtroom. So Jackson’s defence cannot have asked him to testify - and certainly not after the trial was already underway. Robson claimed in a BBC interview last week that Jackson had abused him ‘hundreds of times’. Yet his mother’s sworn testimony is that they went to Neverland roughly 14 times but Jackson was almost never there. She estimates the number of times they visited the ranch and he was actually there was four. Questioned about their financial motive, the men now say they don’t care about money and are only suing to embolden other abuse victims by holding the Jackson estate accountable. This is a provable lie. The lawsuit was originally filed under seal and Robson tried to extract a settlement from the estate with zero publicity. Only when the estate refused to pay a bean did he go public.

Macauly Culkin, and Brett Barnes, were two young boys to have close friendships with Michael in the early ‘90s, and Brent is even mentioned in the documentary, as the replacement boy. Both Brent and Macaulay, have “categorically denied any sexual contact with Michael Jackson”. Therefore, Leaving Neverland’s director, Dan Reed, decided not to approach either of them to speak in the film. if the documentary is about full truth and transparency, why are they not presenting all the facts?? Very one sided presentation to fulfill their narrative it seems. Also, you should be aware that Wade Robson has set up a go fund me page, and that he was the first to testify, under oath, as an adult, for Michael in his trial in 2003 defending him. So obviously a deplorable fame and money grab. Disgusting to defame a dead man. Do your research on these so called accusers past. Facts first!

They could’ve sold that stuff if they wanted to and so what if they do want money? There’s no amount of money that’s going to make them right in the head again !

Joe, I gotta say this, Michael wasn't sick just because he was different from the rest of us. He related with kids because they brought him peace and did not judge him, also mind the fact just like you said "he had about 90 guards around him" he could not walk in the streets as you can or go anywhere without scrutiny or paparazzi ruining his day. I think he was a normal person who was different from what you consider as normal in the world you grew up in.

Since Sundance and HBO are more interested in salacious fabrications than actual journalism, let me do it for them. This all started in 1993. There was an attempt by Evan Chandler to procure funds from Michael Jackson to pursue his career dreams. When Michael did not comply, Evan threatened to accuse him of molesting his son. Michael still did not comply. Evan seeks out a private attorney and makes the accusation that Michael molested his son publicly. He is on tape stating such things as “If I go through with this I win big time. I will get everything I want. It will be a massacre if I don’t get what I want.” His son, Jordan, who lives with his mother, repeatedly denies being molested. However, when he goes on visitation to stay with his father, he changes his story and “admits” he was molested. The police open an investigation. They search Michael’s home as well as his entire body. They boy’s description does not match. The boy says Michael is circumcised, we know from his autopsy that he was not. The police convened two separate grand juries to press charges, but both refused due to lack of evidence. Meanwhile, the civil case is proceeding, and Michael is required to give a deposition. But the district attorney refuses to close the criminal case. So, Michael must either give a deposition and allow the district attorney to try to build a case around his deposition or he must settle. This takes his right to a fair trial away. For example, if he gives an alibi, they can change the dates. This happened in 2003, they changed the dates once they found out on TV that Michael had an airtight alibi. Back to 1993, from what I understand, Michael didn’t even pay the settlement, his insurance company did. Michael had numerous lawsuits that he was dealing with constantly and the overwhelming majority were settled for practical reasons, this was nothing new. Not long after all of this, Jordan Chandler filed for emancipation from his parents, and I have to say, I can’t blame him. And, oh, by the way, the lawsuit did not stop anyone from continuing the criminal investigation, but I suppose since Evan got his money and Jordan wanted emancipation from his parents, no one cared about the criminal pursuit any longer. Move forward to 2003. Michael appears in a highly slanted documentary made by Bashir where he, at Bashir’s urging, invites a prior cancer victim that he helped up to Neverland for the interview. In the interview, the boy says he and his brother slept in Michael’s bed and Michael and another adult friend of Michael’s on the floor. Media started speculating non-stop on TV that Michael was molesting this child. Both the police and child services begin an investigation. The media is hounding the boy’s family so Michael invites them to stay at a guest house in Neverland for a couple weeks until the media frenzy dies down. The district attorney (same one as from 1993) is out for blood. But he has a problem. For anyone who watches the full, unedited version of this interview and the way they were praising Michael, it would be very hard to believe this boy was molested. So, the story they go to court with as that the molestation occurred after, when the family went back to Neverland. That’s right, Michael has known this child for three years, never molested him, but the police want you to believe that at the height of the world speculating every day on TV that he is molesting this child, in the middle of a police and child services investigation, he suddenly has a realization that he wants to start molesting this child. And then there is the credibility of the witnesses, who previously sewed JC Penny for sexual harassment, who committed welfare fraud, who pursued numerous celebrities for funds, who held fund raisers to pay for medical expenses when they already had insurance, etc. And on the witness stand repeatedly contradicted themselves and each other. And when Jackson’s attorney asked the accuser why he was so angry at Michael Jackson his response was “because he stopped returning our calls and spending time with us”. NOT “because he molested me”. The list of absurdities that was this case just goes on and on and on. The only reason it got past a grand jury is because the public had at this point been brain washed for 10 years by the media into believing that Michael Jackson is a child molester. Move forward to a few years after Michael’s passing (RIP). Wade Robson is involved in various tribute shows to MJ, continues to praise him in the press, and before he passed, continued to occasionally spend time with Michael. During the 2005 trial, he, among others, testified that Michael never touched them. They were witnesses called by the defense. He was not asked questions like “were you molested”, he was asked very specific questions like “did he touch you here”. His answer to every question was NO. A few years after Michael’s death he petitions the Estate to allow him to be the lead choreographer of the Michael Jackson Cirque Du Soleil show. That’s right, he wants to work every day and night, for years, travelling around the world choreographing a tribute to Michael. He even tells the press he got the job. But the Estate decided to give the job to someone else. Once a choreographer for acts like Britney Spears, his career appears to be on the skids. So, what does he do? He sues Michael Jackson’s estate for child molestation. His lawsuit is thrown out of court. So, what does he do then? Approaches HBO and Sundance to give him airtime to share his “story”. The biggest issue the public seems to have with all of these Michael Jackson allegations is that he spent time with kids and even shared his bed with kids. But the public needs to one) understand that this is not a crime and not what he was accused of and two) take into consideration his background. Michael grew up with many brothers and sisters, often sharing his bed, both at home and on the road with his older brothers, who to him, at that time, would have been adults. Most of his time was spent around adults. Most of his friends were adults. When he was finally able to get out on his own and have some freedom, he wanted to spend time experiencing the things he never really had an opportunity to do, amusement parks, video games, sleep overs, etc. To me, it was more a case of stunted development. But this phase eventually stopped. You can even see in the 2003 Bashir documentary, that even though the kids stayed over, they did not share a bed and there was another adult present. And the kids were the ones that begged to stay over. I’m certain that none of this will be covered in the documentary. No, instead we will get salacious claims from discredited individuals and they and Sundance and HBO will all make their profits at the expense of a man who is no longer here to defend himself. Shame on all of them.

@Bobby Dillon Never any little girls? But there were. Look up pics on Never Land. It's just the accusers are dudes. Besides not surprised it was the boys that looked up to him more. I won't straight up say the allegations are false, but from the history of past accusers of MJ, they have all been found out as well as their parents. And normally wouldn't a paedophile would jerk off to underage porn? But all that has ever been found is heterosexual pornography even during surprise raids from the FBI, no traces on his laptop either. The credibility for Wade and James therefore are shaky, and if we were to base the claims on the documentary alone, it is not enough as there are no real facts to back it up. Credit to HBO though for the editing.

Wade Robson in court before Jackson died said that Jackson did NOT do anything to him. Yet after he dies ad can’t contradict he goes full smear? Okay Wade, you lose YOUR reliability... Michael liked kids around because his own childhood was utterly nonexistent, he wanted to get some of that back. It’s weird, inappropriate, but genuinely understandable. The singer was cleared of charges in life, why now must he be attacked when he is dead and can’t speak for himself? It is one sided, and it is disgusting. You’re right - he was raided, several times, and no evidence was found; just contradicting testimonies.

@@MarcBurr Nope. That's my opinion of MJ. He was a high risk in my eyes. I bet very few of these MJ defenders would have taken the acid test of letting their sons share a bed with MJ. And if Joe Budden had kids, there's no way he would have let that happen either.

Murad Talukdar MIchael shared his bed, meaning he let them sleep on his bed and he would sleep on the floor. There’s like 5 interviews of him sayin the same exact thing. He’d also tell the kids who asked him if he can sleepover to ask their parents. My opinion, I don’t think he molested kids. Yes he “loved” kids. But highly doubt in a sexual way.
