Reminds me of my Sitto!!! May her memory be ETERNAL!!! You did it proper with lamb... All other tubers use ground beef (not authentic) we put bones on bottom as well... Sucran

I'm glad it reminded you of your Sitto. May her memory live on! It seems like the previous generation had a real knack for making it. Their methods definitely hold up as some of the best! 🤗

Ahhh this is great. Im Canadian, with lebanese roots (my mom is lebanese, born in lebanon), and i used to make this as a little girl with my mom and my situ. Its so good.

That sounds so special! It must bring back wonderful memories of cooking with your mom and situ. There's nothing like a dish that connects us to our roots and family traditions. I'm glad it brought back good memories for you!

Wow, lots of memories making this with my grandmother. I remember everything, from cutting the leg of lamb to rolling the leaves. Love your techniques. I'll have to make a batch soon.

very nice recipe. where can it last up to two days?

While it's preferable to enjoy the dish on the same day it's prepared, it can be safely stored in the refrigerator for up to two days if properly covered.

In America we use lbs and oz... Why not have both
@Marcabed5 ай бұрын
You could respond with: That's a great idea! I'll make sure to include both grams and pounds/ounces in future videos to make it easier for everyone. 😁
