@kh29534 жыл бұрын
Omar Ali that has nothing to do with be too proud or too disrespectful towards Lebanon. You got to remember why Armenians came there in the first place. A lot of Armenians I knew believe that they own it to their ancestors who died trying to preserve their people, culture, and religion, to never forget where their roots came from. This is the case in other countries as well full of the Armenia diaspora. However, they don’t only consider themselves as Armenian because now they have lived their for many generations and created their own homes and memories in that country.
@omarali45904 жыл бұрын
@@kh2953 I absolutely agree that Armenians should preserve their culture as they did not leave their home on a voluntary basis. Nonetheless I find it a bit exaggerated to have a parallel system within Lebanon (own schools, own university and of course own neighborhoods and shops). This is against the concept of intergration and living together. If an Armenian in Lebanon has 90% Armenian friend something is terribly wrong!!
@kh29534 жыл бұрын
Omar Ali they opened one university there which obviously isn’t full of only Armenians. They opened shops there which also Lebanese people use as well and they also contribute to the Lebanese economy. Are people of other ethnicities not allowed to open shops and restaurants of their culture? How is this bad for Lebanon? It adds diversity to the country. As for churches and community centres for Armenians exit everywhere where there are Armenian people. It’s just for bringing them together I guess. Now I agree with the 90% thing, but are you sure that is the case? I feel like Armenians are very outgoing and talkative people who would just isolate themselves from other nations.

The biggest problem is with the greeks, greek cypriots and armenians. You should recognize and admit what you did to the turkish people and Turkish cypriots and lately what happened in the 90s with the Azeri people in karabach. You are using the “genocide” to “reclaim” land of Türkiye but i can tell you, you will NEVER reach your goal. Greetings from A Turk in the diaspora.

Armenians wouldn’t attack your country they won’t manage I can’t believe even though the truth is there you would still believe it? Gosh I didn’t know people can be this dumb. The lands that armenia claim to be there is a huge tourist spot. I went there they show me old building like I bunch of historical stuff and I saw Armenian writing on it....if it’s not Armenian land why is there Armenians writing on the building and ancient stuff? They claim it to be the Georgians like that’s real. And last but not least Armenians and Turkey never had a brotherly relationship so even if Armenia did do something to them it wasn’t a betrayal. I like how in your comment you literally explain why Turkey did that genocide yet many other Turks use different reasons to explain why it happened. For example one of them said, IT WASNT A GENOCIDE BUT A WAR, the next said, IT WAS THE OTTOMANS NOT US. the other said, IT WAS A GENOCIDE BUT IT WAS YOUR FAULT YOU WERE ALLIES WITH RUSSIA. I don’t understand why do you guys have so many different explanations of why it happened but can’t seem to add them up?
