The Hannibal is not to be under-estimated at any costs. The continuous flow without any period of rest tests the fitness level. One to recommend to the wider community to see how they can keep going. Great stuff Gregory and Angie. xx

Oh I have a love/hate relationship with squats. And I see that they are the first move here. 😑😑😢. I may sub for back stepping lunges instead..(with bells of course). Great workout overall. As usual! Keep them coming. Previewing to do later after work! Thank you!!! 💪

Fantastic workout as always, guys!! I find this "crossbell" style very challenging, but I do enjoy it. Tons of love from the UK :-)

Geez, im not able to keep the pace with you. Im a little bit overloaded using single 24kg (except the press - 20kg) Red zone, im scared i wont be able to hold up the 24kg bell during the snatch :)

Hey I tried this on Sunday (29/1/23) with a 20kg for the first 2 rounds and reducing to a 16kg for the 3rd round before going back to a 20kg for the fourth round.. It was tough, but fun. Thanks again guys you both inspire me ..

I’d love to see some of your crossbell concepts with burpees included. I’m surprised there hasn’t been any yet.

How many calories can someone burn during this workout, an estimation would be much appreciated as I cannot wear my fitness watch during the sets.
