The plane situation reminds me of when Jordan went to play baseball, he obviously started in the White Sox’s minor affiliate team and they had to take commercial flights or public transport everywhere. MJ wasn’t a fan but didn’t want to distance himself from the team and seem better than them by taking a private charter everywhere so instead he bought a private jet for the entire team so they could all travel together efficiently.
