Hello Chef Rose, is the degrees you're talking about is it in degree Celsius or in degrees Fahrenheit? I just want to make sure coz i'll be cooking chicken using your recipe on my coming party. Thank you.

If you don't over cook it and you keep it warm.

Actually that is the best thing to do. Marinate the chicken overnight inside the refrigerator. It is going to be very good!

Wrap or cover the chicken after cooking and do not open until you are ready to serve. Air dries out the meat.

Honestly I used it on my Lechon Manok business. My customers love it's taste but my problem is I need to maintain it on the griller until it is purchased

What is the liquid seasoning? Is this the same as Knoor seasoning? Loved the recipe.

I preheated the oven. I cooked the chicken at 340F for 1 hour 10 minutes. Thank you for watching!
