How can you make meatloaf quickly and easily? This meatloaf recipe will surprise you with its incredible taste, making you want to cook it again and again! But how to prepare this delicious dish without special cooking skills? We recommend you watch this video from start to finish to learn the incredibly delicious recipe for making this delicious meatloaf!
Minced meat (pork and beef) - 700g (1.54lb).
1 egg.
1 onion.
Flour - 2 tablespoons.
Water - 50ml (1.69oz).
Tomatoes - 2 pieces.
Pour boiling water over it.
After 1 minute, pour cold water over it.
Garlic - 4-5 cloves.
Salt.
Italian herbs - 1/2 teaspoon.
Tomato paste - 2 tablespoons.
Pepper.
Add 100 ml. (3.38 ounces) sauce.
Parsley.
Chop the meat and toss it 20 times in a bowl.
Salt
Parchment.
Spinach - 300g (0.66lb).
Fry for 1.5 minutes.
Melted butter + vegetable oil.
Salt.
Mushrooms - 250 g. (0.55lb).
Olive oil.
Sauté over medium heat for 3 minutes.
Nutmeg - 1/8 teaspoon.
Cheese - 70g (0.15lb).
Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 45 minutes.
Italian herbs.
Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 10 minutes.

I am in Texas, & make a Rolled Meatloaf of my own, but never put mushrooms in it, good idea. I use beef only, do not mix beef & pork for the loaf, but do sprinkle in generous amount of bacon pieces on top of the spinach. You can use finely chopped broccoli instead of spinach, blanch it first. Also, it does not need to be covered in parchment &/or foil but you really should at least brown it first, so that it looks better. Good job but girl, it shouldn’t take this long to show the steps.
