I'm 48 and just stumbled upon her in January of a snippet of her singn Magnify on Twitter. KZbind the extended version and has been in a chokehold every single day since. I promise you every single day and sometimes all day even at work on my breaks. Then I found her younger self singing God's Mercy/Stand Still/Perfect Praise/Somewhere Around The Throne and I can't get off of this woman. Her delivery, presence, and anointing is powerful. She sings to God as if He's standing in front of her and my soul just reaps joy every time. I wish I knew her when she was alive. Also found out she came to St. Louis and blessed us as well. Don't know how I didn't know of her well b4. Our youth choir sings perfect praise and the whole congregation join in and I see why we go hard on that song. My mom had this song on tape and I would always ask her to play it riding in the car since all we were allowed to listen to was gospel music lol and I would sing along trying to hit those beautiful operatic high notes!
