Lectric XP Throttle Only Test

That is a great test. One hour on only throttle is impressive, fun for all day. The woman that said cheater was hoping she had an ebike. Loved the content and for doing the test.

Next time be sure to use cruise control to save all that wrist work. To engage cruise twist the throttle to the desired position and hold the down arrow until the word cruise appears on screen. Disengage utilizing the brake or the throttle. Looks like a great place to ride. We are getting similar results these are quality batteries. I was just as surprised as you were with the results. Congrats on the new bike! And yes you should be able to use the throttle from a stand still. I do it with mine to get going. Could also be something in the settings, also keep in mind that in PAS 0 that the throttle is disabled.

Can you change settings to allow throttle to 28mph?

No because the controller only allows it to throttle at 20. Class 3 goes 28 with peddling.

I've been called a cheater on my Lectric bike. It's pretty silly since I'm 67 and I only ride to commute 25 miles round trip to work. Would driving a car be cheating?

Anyone know how to make the throttle always go full instead of having to be in PAS 5 to get the most out of it? My RAD bike works this way and it’s annoying that the lectric does not

There is a setting for that I just can’t remember what it is. Because mine will go full throttle even if it’s on PAS 2

@@FrankiesWorld this is what I need. Want to be able to be in PAS 2 pedaling, and then twist the throttle here and there to go faster for a brief moment then let off and continue pedaling in PAS 2. Instead I have to pull the throttle and then arrow the PAS up to 5, then arrow it back down to 2 when I’m done using the throttle and ready to continue just pedaling. Anyone know how to fix this?

@@paaao it should work. I went through my instruction manual and didn’t find anything on it except for enabling and disabling throttle. On mine if it’s on PAS 0 throttle does nothing, but PAS 1-5 I get the same amount of power regardless unless I pedal of course.

@@njocson You should be fine. If I would have kept my handlebars unfolded it would have probably fit. After I made this video I did attempt to fit it in the passenger seat and it did fit that way lol

I have a hiboy s2 and it literally will not let you pass 20mph it's annoying >.< once you hit 20mph it starts braking itself not letting you go past 20. Wish I had something that didn't throttle your speed. This bike looks like it's not programmed to throttle you so you can go as fast as the bike is capable of

Exactly. When I was researching ebikes I went with this one because of the price and the fact that you can program it to go 28 with assist. Now that I have the dual motor setup on it it’s even better.

@@mmd6708 I’ve been using it for years, especially when I used to ride my road bike 6 days a week and used to count calories. The app would sync with my health app to track everything. Now being on the ebike, the calorie count won’t be accurate but I use it for for tracking the riding distance for the videos. Make sure your phone is fully charged as well because it will use up as much energy as if you were using a gps app.

The battery the XP comes with is not really set up for Throttle all the time I would be surprised if you got very far with it.
