My hang up on lectric is being worried that they must have cheaper components somewhere and that the lifetime of the bike will be shorter than i hope. What do you guys know about that?

Can you upgrade the gearing to 11 speed xt and replace the forks with wrensports inverted

No - there is not sufficient spacing or a cassette in the rear to go to anything more than 8 speed.

Motor sounds pretty loud like the 750w Xpress. The 500w Xpress is so quiet.

Its not too loud. Road noise was more of a factor than the motor. Those tires kick up a lot of sound

How long does the battery last in use?

We will have to get in a bike to our offices to do a full review. On the previous model we got between 30-60 miles on class 2 speeds. The 2.0 has a slightly larger battery, and a more efficient sensor than the last one, so we're expecting slightly improved results.
