Just got one in the mail today after a year of using my phone to play a 10 hour KZbin video of fan noises killing my battery quality. Cant wait to try it tonight, and you are spot on with the level 3-4 brown noises are very fan like.

The reason I continue to use the Classic version is that it's the lower-pitched fan noise that works far better than anything else for me, be it for sleep, relaxation, or study (at different volumes), and at least in my experience the Evo's version of this sounds flatter, more artificial, less robust, and a bit less deep.

I used the Evo for the last year but I went back to the classic, I 100% agree with your statement. I don't think Evo sounds near as good.

I need this asap!! I'm about to travel with my big, bulky box fan just so I can sleep. I actually rather drive then fly just so I can bring my box fan with me.. This tiny machine sure would free me up ...

white noise machine increase the volume. Hello, I bought the Electrofan Evo white noise machine. I am very satisfied with the noises proposed to cover the environment. I wear earplugs to cover the noise, I turn it up to maximum volume but it's not enough for me. how can I increase the volume of the machine that strategy? THANKS

The classic sounds better and IMO looks better too. It doesn't have the 2 ocean sounds but it's overall better build quality and speaker.

It's SO clear that this is just an ad. You're only reading the script the manufacturer sent you, word by word. Fortunately there are actual, honest reviews of the Lectrofan products (among other white noise machines), on KZbin. You should be ashamed of yourself.

The Avantek White Noise Machine is better and cheaper. Plus, it can run up to 7 hours on the timer.

Michael Harder Apps don't even begin to compare to a dedicated machine.

It is all about the size of your speaker. Tiny speakers doesn't reproduce lo frequencies, so apps doesn´t do the trick.
