Ito yung way ng pagtuturo na gusto ko, BTW sir, napansin ko po na kaya mabilis matutunan yung lessons na tinuturo mo po kasi may binibigay ka na mga sitwasyon at pinapaliwanag mo siya, kahit yung mga drawings, mas mabilis kong na aadopt siya, yung feeling na bawat sinasabi mo po e, napaka halaga, at kapag napakinggan ko na yung lecture mo po e, talaga namang onti na lang ang babasahin ko sa libro. Please sir, tuloy mo lang po ang nasimulan mo po, madaming natuto sayo, sir! And more example quizzes po, pls! 🫶

may question po ako sir regarding treasury shares. di ba po babalik sa pagiging outstanding shs. ang treasury shs. at the time of reissuance. lets say po merong Php450k balance ang outstanding ordinary shares (Php5 par, 100k shs. issued, 90k shs. outstanding) and ang balance po ng treasury ay Php50k. at the time of reissuance po nung buong 10k treasury shs. for Php7/shares, ano po ang magiging value nung 10k na yon na siyang iaadd sa outstanding shares? and another question po tama po ba na ang entry for this case of reissuance is debit for cash 70k and credit treasury shs. 50k & share premium - treasury 20k? thank you po sir
