Very nice video. One more suggestion. Be careful what you say, see, hear and feed your mind. Stop watching negative shows. Reduce negative thoughts with a simple practice. Your breath is directly related to your mind [brain] causing negative thoughts-anxiety. For a relaxed life sit on a chair, back straight, eyes closed, be as still as possible and observe the sensations of your incoming--outgoing breath at the entrance of the nostrils for around 5-10-15 minutes or more. Don’t fight your thoughts. Slowly the mind will relax. No deep breathing needed. Day or night before sleep sit or lie down and observe your breath. Like me, make this a lifetime daily habit to have a good life. Avoid constipation as it affects the mind instantly. Best wishes Shyaaam Sir. -Counsellor.

Great material, had to do some research on tangential speech. I was at a BBQ gathering for a friend and the most peculiar guest arrived who was incapable of coherent speech, his speech process was so left field I could not hide my facial remarks in an attempt to understand what he was trying to say. I'm sure that displeased him but the entire crowd was having an immpossible time following anything he said. Truly symptomatic to the point of which even the untrained eye could see his condition required an evaluation, though it is never our place in a social setting to tell someone to be evaluated this gentlemen seemed to be very much in need of help.

Very useful. Sadly, most counselors will NEVER do a proper Differential Diagnosis because: They have ZERO experience working in medical settings. They’ll Differentiate between Mr. B having psychotic presentation through various DSM 5 TR Dx’s only. In fact, many medical conditions can cause psychosis: Thyroid, dehydration, toxins, brain tumor, etc, etc. After I worked in a hospital doing psychiatric triage, and was dependent upon the medical professionals and lab results, I became very aware of the utter impossibility of ensuring a psychiatric dx until medical causes had been ruled out. The presentation can look exactly the same. Even for so-called simple dx’s like Depression, a medical cause is quite likely and referring to a GP is essential.

I'd like to know the logic of the people who clicked "dislike" for these vids. I mean WTH is there not to like. Its just rational and generally informative and really just straight forward facts. That's just weird and pointless to click "dislike". Its like clicking "dislike" because someone says that humans require oxygen to live. Do they have a more informative, more factual video that they actually made themselves that is somehow more factual info than 2+2=4? LOL, I mean, com'on 🙄

Losing the train of thought, i have managed to make it so i can slowly think and back and suddenly i remember what it was about. But this takes to long and if i get triggered by any movement socialy or i see a loud car or i hear some whisper it is interrupted. So these videos dont say that much yet to what excercises you can do, it is tough to not what to do. These diagnosis they really dont make it easy for you, just another wishing list is what i was thinking. Anyways im just gonna have to keep searching. With a psychotic dissorder you know its not very easy to remember all this technical crap, and even harder to know what to make of all this. I dont have this sparkle ideas that many people around me get when watching such mediums, i dont have those "good ideas", what i am geting at is, the language should be slower and more understandable child freindly even, because our heds somehow work slower we need deeper explanations to really understand it.

I went for an EMG interview, the doctor mentioned I appeared to have a marked press of speech during the interview and was quite tangential and circumstantial… yes I know I get like this sometimes were I mean wedding too long in the waiting room him uncomfortable and your new surroundings and maybe your question was like mute it was like you weren’t interested at all I’m saying don’t forget I just had a heart attack and I am like totally clued out innocence. Yes I know I do have that at moments specially talking to my doctors so it is what it is but damn, You are not here to make that diagnosis you should’ve told me no stay on topic and please be more clear I might’ve taken a fit, okey-dokey

I would i immediately suspect paranoid shizophrenia with n acute, but mild psychotic episode. I mean.. the fixation of the professor could be that, but also really anything else.. from sleep deprivation to substances to something like an infection or a bad headbump Nontheless i would break it down to EF imparements, especially about the thought-tracing stuff. There's something needed, to keep trace of associations. This guy has problems with that. That's why he displays nonsense thinking. That's a try to fix it and the anxiety just shifts to resolve into the fear about his professor. Probably, because there was a trigger somewhere and now it's difficult to cope and difficult to trace

Can never finish because docs on time schedule time to go before a complex situation fully explained...if the doc is even awake...the doc doesnt want to have to work...like in organic chemistry...i am middle of molecule explaing this...but the doc assumes and of course blâmés patient.....tell me these hard thinking pros dont simply want to accept complexity...it is bad diagnosis by doctor who is lazy and putting you on a usually very short period of time...your theory is wrong jumping somehow from a doctors laziness basically is a sign of the so called patients psyche being then hypervigilant of the scarry doc and whoever you are carry these bad ideas around like no tommorow...refine this tangentialism....an interesting psychological in vogue word....and control of words is control of people...this is why the great man thomas szasz said thus...u can do better

These ...instructions from this woman great on checking patients physiology...i would like it to see her expand on the drug conundrum further broken down to drug types etc but while psychiatrists prescribe they mostly use vernacular like lingo like "drugs" as if its so simple..do it along lines of dea s limits if you delve into it that far but i wont keep hopes up...in regards to word salads and ther seemingly guestimational science...again the words of the great thomas szasz who said " there is no psychology only biography and autobiography..rhyming is done all over the place but in docs office its...bad..on and on

Your researches are not flawless. May you have researched on those person who were under control of those disorders(delusion, psychosis, hallucinations). I think you still missing some person who can control those, who is surreal, who live in reality and the fantasy at the same time(delusion). Even have the sense about the difference between them. Fantasy provide us limitless spritual powers and gives us courage to fight against our flaws, mental and physical weakness and gives us inner confidence to never give up in any situation. Thanks Sorry for bad english. For an example I'm in Love with Gal Gadot(wander woman), and think she is also love with me, this my fantasy, you can call this delusional disorder but in my point of view I shall say it's provide me unlimited spiritual strength to stand up when I about to fall into the ground. everything has a good and bad side. Sometimes it's good for someone and sometimes bad. Again sorry for bad english
