I would put on/off switch to the aux light, but still control it normally from high beam switch. In winter your led bar might be frozen or covered by snow. Then it would maybe be nice to turn off. Also your led bar can broke during ride and then without switch you cant turn it off if it just flickers all the time.

True, but i can reach the connector plug just where all the cables from handlebar goes down in to the bike, so not super worried.

Hehe, no pain no gain 😜. Just cut an make a split. I try to solder, but that’s overkill, you can have crimp connectors with splitters too

hi bud, most likely it has built in position light built in, then you add that wire to 12 v power that is turned on when ignition is on. No idea what kind if blinker you got, but that's my best guess.

you can get one off ebay for£15 does the same job. just wire it up from battery and put a inline fuse in and a switch on handle bar . very simple to do.

You sure cab get cheaper alternatives (min was 45$). But having an added switch was something I didn’t want. BUT, if I will add another one for flood lighting (wide angle) I will use an added switch, as I might not want to have the high beam on for it, or have it running always. But tight to put more stuff on without a crashbar, something I refuse to install 😬

For sure, that would be the easiest way. Just make sure that the fuse for the selected output is enough for what the light draws. If it draws more, then just use a relay and have the power from battery through the relay to the light.

Purelux x slim 180. It’s from a Swedish web shop www.valostore.se. I would go with the flood light version, or that would give you more use (as wider and more light from 3-50 M

Quad lock med vibrationsfämpare. Själva fästet väljer man den som är för backspegel montage, den passar till den stången ovanför hadtighetsmätaren

Vanligt relä, men va noga med att koppla rätt. Man tror ju att signalen till lyktan ska va +, men det är tvärt om 😂
