These R headlamps can they take two seperate 21700 size batteries? seems only their propriety double stack will fit these (H15R and H19R) Not a fan of being tied into their properity batteries only ...I only buy torches that can take different brands of size compatable batteries...Ledlenser P series and H7R core and one can use any brand battery.Sad.

I wish I would've bought that one , I bought a Nitecore HC 33 but I don't really like it , I use mine everyday and I have to swap a fresh battery once per day because mine doesn't have the charger built in , I might try to modify mine so the charger is on my belt like you suggested . Thanks for the video.

Thank you for watching and commenting! I have to say that I am super impressed with this headlamp. The multi-brightness and all the features are incredible. In my opinion, it is one of the best headlamps out there! Yes, if you can find the proper cables O would make it so the battery pack can be worn on your belt to prevent neck fatigue if you're wearing it for long periods. I hope you'll subscribe to the channel, more great stuff coming! Cheers, Rick

I can't remember the headlamp model on my 4 or 5 year old ledlanser? It comes with a cable-extension so you could clip on your waist. Great review. You got me convinced. I'm getting one☝

You'll find Ledlenser under the "Specialty Stores/Sponsors" tab. fishingandoutdoors.ca (Canadian Shoppers) or fishingandoutdoors.net (U.S./Int'l Shoppers) Thank you for your support! Cheers, Rick

Hi Iva, thank you for watching and commenting. I just checked and it is listed. Are you in Canada or the U.S.? If you go to our store fishingandoutdoors.ca Or fishingandoutdoors.net Then look on left side menu under "Specialty Stores" you'll see LEDLenser listed. Click on it and then go to Headlamps and scroll to the H19 Core. Please let me know if you're having issues and I will do my best to help. Cheers, Rick 😊

Hi🕊 I have my Ledlenser H19 Core and I love it! However, after a few months of usage, of course, NOT EVERY DAY, but maybe 5 times a month, sometimes 7, I started to have some charging problems. I cannot recharge my battery anymore and sometimes when I do, it takes literally two days to charge it. I bought a fresh new battery and the same thing is happening. And to top it all, run time IS NOT 4 hours in high mode Like it says, it’s just 1 HOUR and sometimes less; whether I’m using an old or a new battery!!! And by the way, run time has never been 4 hours! I remember the first night I’ve ever used it. It was Maybe 3 hours and 20 minutes. Then it was maybe 2 hours and 15 minutes for a few months. And now is LESS then one hour. Remember, I HAVE A BRAND NEW BATTERY(which I’m having trouble charging)! Can anybody tell me why is this happening? I mean, I love my lamp, it’s the best one I’ve ever had, but if I have two batteries, I expect to go fishing for 8 hours, not 90 minutes, and that is IF I EVEN CHARGE IT! Please guys, help. ☺️🕊

The Fitbit Sense has magnetic charge connection, and is famous for having charging problems. The difference is that the watch is against your wrist and the contents get very grubby surprisingly quickly. Cleaning those contacts fixes the charge problem. The main difference between the Fitbit and the H19R is the size of the contacts which are HUGE compared to the watch, and I would have thought, a lot more robust. I clean the watch contacts with a sharpened lolly stick with the aid of a 7X illuminated loupe (it's actually for inspecting digital SLR camera sensors). If I buy an H19R I would consider charging the batteries externally. I recently got an MH10 which is rated at 600lm, but my experience is that it only maintains that level of brightness for a few minutes before dropping off to be significantly less bright. Turning off and back on does return you to full brightness.

Definitely worth the investment, best headlamp I have had to date. It is somewhat heavy and I am still looking for a cable to move the battery off my head strap, down to my belt. If I can do that, this thing is a breeze to wear for long durations.
