hello this is a great video! i have this issue, im not able to see my pc desktop image on the led screen before start configuring with novastar, the image on led is all blury and blinks all the time, not sure if needs any initial configuration, i know im supposte to see pc desktop corner after connection, hope you can advise

Possibly your computer doesn't automatically turns into display mode to "duplicate" (In condition that the DVI cable is connected between graphic card's DVI output and Sender Card's DVI), you can open the Nvidia /ATI graphic control panel and set the display mode to "Duplicate" and then see if it works. If it doesn't, try another computer or laptop. Usually if you can't see the image duplicated from your computer, the reason is either the "duplicate" display mode is not properly enabled (malfunctioning OS environment, incompatible graphic card driver or etc), or there's something wrong with sender card.

Can you recommend a particular capture device for Nova Studio for displaying live video? I noticed the manual mentions "Video Capture Card played instability in Win7, please use Windows XP" Do you have experience with this as well? I'm running Windows 10 and everything is running great so far. I hope I don't have to run NovaStudio Windows XP for capturing live video. I should also mention, I'm running this on a laptop so the capture device will need to be an external USB type device e.g. DAZZLE - DVC-80. Maybe this device will work good??

I'm sorry, Rick. I've not tried this in Windows 10 OS. But usually you can use a video processor to stream your live video feed to the LED wall, if you don't wanna be too concerned about the instability of the computer OS.

yes, it's possible. In NovaStudio, you can create 2 video windows at different sizes, then load the same videos in these 2 video windows.

Paco Cuellar Theoretically Novastar Software only works with Novastar's hardware, like Novastar's sender card and receiver card. Unless you change all your control cards' to Novastar's , you still have to use your the software developed by the manufacturer of your screen's control cards.

Paco Cuellar I've heard of Ydea, I'll go check some information about it. I don't suggest you to use other control cards. The control box of your transparent LED screen possibly doesn't have enough room to accommodate other types of control cards. You can ask your supplier for technical support, and I'll be pleased that if you can also let me know what your troubles are exactly, you can see my email address in video intro. Thanks.

Yes, since you asked, you're probably using the 2nd port or 3rd port to loop a 2nd or 3rd screen. If you use all ethernet ports to loop only one entire screen, you only have to configure X and Y once.

I guess you are using a video processor, or perhaps you are using an integrated video mapper (e.g. VX4, VX4S), I'm not so familiar with that device, you'll have to set up the input crop.

Then you'll have to ask your supplier for it. Though there's way to create it on NovaLCT-Mars, it's kinda difficult. You'd better contact the supplier.

If no RCFG, how does your LED display work? your can try to Readback RCFG from hardware by NOVALCT.

If the live stream can be loaded in a media player, like Potplayer, you can use it to work as NovaStudio. Please watch the 1st part of the video about how to configure the NovaLCT-Mars, it's the process to set up the image duplication from the computer's desktop to LED wall. After you successfully set up NovaLCT-Mars, you can load the Live stream in Potplayer, and customize potplayer's window size according to the resolution of LED wall. Then the image of live stream would be projected perfectly onto LED wall.
