At 1:46 - your wire harness seemed to come out very easily compared to mine. I have a 2017 Silverado and having troubles pulling the harness out? I have tried to figure out how the clip works to be able to remove easier but cannot find any information out there. Any suggestions?

I just bought the harness from gen5diy, and the tail lights used from ebay, but the tail lights come without the harness anybody know the part number by chance? Been looking but cant find them. Thanks.

Anybody done this to a 2016-18 Silverado ? If so where did you mount your resistors? Don’t wanna drill holes but if I have to I would rather place them in the safest spot possible.

What if I wanna do the opposite. I have led tail lights but bought some new ones and the stupid company gave me the halogen ones and won’t fix it or refund me. Can I go from led to halogen harness

Resistors go out once a year and its a bitch to change.. should of had the resistor behind the light.

Same happened to mine…only lasted about a year. His prices skyrocketed so now way I would ever buy from gen5 again
