It’s like re-discovering my favorite band over 40 years after falling in love with them the first time. The talents of all 4 are just stunning. Now that I’m an adult I am so FORTUNATE that he made me sit in his truck and listen to this music. I think it has really made me the person I am today. My kids are 8 and 6 and I think that they hate listening to Led Zepplin, Bob Dylan and Roger Miller everyday but I know that they’ll thank me when they’re older!

Loved your comment só to the point 👍☺️🙏❤️🌈 the quality of this video is amazing and it shows the reactions of JPJ to JP solo: at one point trying to make sense of the direction he’s taking and eventually smiling of rejoice on he’s pulling it back, so amazing what a band! Some good musicians have argued that Page’s improvising style is unique in a sense that he is more like a riff-maker, I see him pulling ideas from jazz (especially free jazz but a lot from John MacLaughlin Mahavishnu Orchestra) to draw his way through the harmony building loads of rhythmic patterns on the way (masterfully followed by Bonzo while JPJ holds the groove), to me his great solos aren’t like any other soloist (either jazz or rock) because he can rewrite the song and bring the whole band and the public with him. I just love it to bits ❤

@@jillhaas578 Zep didn't tour in 1976, unless you're talking about the time when Robert and Jimmy jammed with Bad Company back in May '76. Maybe you mean 1977?

March 1975, Seattle Center Arena. A group of friends 2:12 from University of Idaho. I was a sophomore with a crush on the guy who spearheaded the trip. Waited outside in the rain for hours, then a melee when the doors opened… amazing no one was crushed! Great concert with a classic irreplaceable band.

That's what it is. Led Zeppelin songs are all written for or in the autumn. Falling leaves, sometimes stormy.

The tone of those original Les Paul's is magical. Bonzo's drums are beautifully tuned as well. These guys KNEW they were the dogs bollocks! Brilliant. From '69 to '75 they RULED 😎

Listen to this same song at Earls Court 75’ and it sounds way looser, right in their decadent best. I would say 70’-73’ was their absolute prime.

Nobody before that time, at that time, since that time or at any time in the future, will come close to being able to compete, with that level of magic, created by the 4 Gods of Rock. A coming together of 4 genius talents, that can never happen again. RIP John, still playing drums in heaven.

Led Zeppelin at their absolute finest! The way Jimmy Page’s guitar riffs dance through this performance is mesmerizing, and Robert Plant’s vocals hit every emotion perfectly. 🎸✨ #LedZeppelin #OverTheHillsAndFarAway #ClassicRock

It’s one of the first really great rock songs I learned. My brother had the record and it took me a long time to figure out the intro. This was way before KZbin.

A moment to thank whoever it was in 1973 that had the wherewithal to arrange such a pristine recording of this masterful performance such that generation after generation can experience it in all its Led Zep glory. Such incredible production values for the time. I know its been remastered but obviously from an amazing original.
