Hello, this is korean kimchi master Ha-yeon Lee.
Today, I will upload a video of vegan kimchi, made with salt and fruits that people who can't get salted fish or don't like salted fish.

☆ Vegan Kimchi
-Main ingredients: Chinese cabbage, salt, water
-Sub ingredients : Radishes, pears, apples, leek (fresh), chives, buttercups
-Seasoning materials: toppan salt, red pepper powder, kelp water, glutinous rice porridge, minced garlic, minced ginger
- how to make
1. Prepare pickled cabbage, seaweed, and glutinous rice porridge.
2. Slice radish and pear into 0.5cm thick, and cut chives, buttercups, and mustards into 4cm long.
3. Dissolve salt in bottled water and mix with seasoning ingredients.
4. Mix the seasoned ingredients with the seasoning.
5. Pour the seasoning into the pickled cabbage and wrap it with the outer leaves.
6. Cover the green leaves, ripen them and eat.
