I always train at home. At gyms I find that there is too much of an unspoken one-upmenship. I also have decent equipment and I don't have to wait to use a machine or wipe down a bench.

Thank you again for the information; your hip strengthening/ flexibility video allowed me to have a speedy recovery from hip flexor injury.

Thanks for the tips. For the Barbell Calves exercise, I use the Smith machine while stepping on the edge of 2 45lbs plates. I find that I get a better workout touching the heel of my foot to the floor then exploding up to the tip toe position. I also go a little heavy on the barbell, 205lbs. This exercise kills me every time. Keep making videos.

Lee allz ya need is : 100 high bar squats, 100 low bar squats and 100 front bar squats. Workout done!

great video Lee, thank you, that's a hell of a home gym, I remember the 1st video when u got all the equipment, I have barbells and dumbells but I want to get more stuff in case there's a storm and I can't go to the gym...

+Lee Hayward lol that's true , the last time it was raining and storming and it was arm day, so I did shoulder raises,bicep curls,and behind the back tricep workouts all with dumbbells and barbells...

Lee, you are an absolute legend, but why go heavy on leg extensions? Isn't that bad for your knees? I typically do leg extension as my last quad exercise and go light and just burn them out.

hey lee! in about half a year of training with full dedication i've grown bigger than my gymbuddy who has 5 years of experience at the gym and even some of my icons from youtube. i'm wondering if the paste of this muscle grow will stay forever or at a certain moment i'll grow so big i wont grow anymore or just a lot slower. greetings!

Hi Lee Hayward, when doing the Overhead Shoulder Press with dumb bells, should i sit on the bench or stand up ? Some ppl said that sitting down while doing it may injure ur neck. Pls help tq

I personally would use something else for a warm up and then I would go have a first and when my form starts getting out of whack I lower the weight and I continue to do that until I finish my sets out. Kind of just like you just backwards. I don't want to get too tired before I get to the big ones. I got to get those knocked out first.. I'm sorry but it only makes more sense to me...for me ya know? But thanks for the home workout video I was curious about the leg extensions I just bought myself a weight bench but mine isn't adjustable or does it have a back so I can lean on to I have to hold the bottom of my seat, like you.. which is hell on your back and your knees. but I see you're doing it the same way and I was trying to prevent injury, I have a bad back. BTW you should be doing bodyweight exercise and unilateral exercises, lateral, bilateral... You need to balance your body, bodyweight exercises touches in areas that weight lifting doesn't....Yes you heard it you guys need to start doing bodyweight exercises, start using bands too...why not 🤷 your fitness level will soar....

thanks Lee, I like to workout at home, cant put the barbel on my traps, dont own a power rack, i put weights and a big cussion on a travel luggage and lots of weight.

Shit whatever you got to do! when I first started out I was using gallon jugs with sand\water in it on a broom handle as a barbell with weights hahaha no I have a weight bench but I just got this a week ago. And I've been working out for 11-12 months now.

+Lee Hayward I've got one wrap moderately tight on my left wrist. Great idea. I actually feel that my wrist is resting and not being subjected to unnecessary stress during my strength program while its hopefully improving.

that's poor advice. the quads are most active at the top. nothing wrong at all with locking out
