Competed in my second ever competition and came 2nd in my category!
Leeds Strongest was hosted by Implexus Gym, Leeds. It was a great day, fantastic to see so many people competing together, with categories from Women's first timers to Mens Open.

Thanks! Glad it helped! It’s an awesome gym, I don’t train there all the time (a day pass is £10 or so) and every time I’ve been I’ve had loads of help from staff and other members.
