If you do not like your pads you can donate them to Cloth Connection Outreach.... used pads are similar to used cloth diapers, you can strip, sanitize, and reuse them for many years. Period poverty is very real; there are women and young girls who are in need. 🤗 I have been using cloth pads going on 3 years now and switching was the best thing that I have done when it comes to managing my flow! I advocate it whenever I can because it is important that women know they have options. Everything isn’t for everyone, but you’d be surprised how many women and young girls do not know that they do not have to use manufactured, chemical filled, unsanitary sanitary products. They are under the impression that “that’s it” pads or tampons... end of story. Nope! Life changing, liberating, and joyous are words that I use when speaking about it... I’m period positive these days and all because I had a “come to cloth” moment in my life. Good luck on your journey sis! 💕

Thank you for that information! I had no idea you could donate them. I’m liking my journey so far so I hope I remain a long term cloth user 🤞🏽.

Thanks for the review! I have these in my Amazon cart, but was skeptical about buying lol, I am currently new at using a menstrual cup so I just wanted something for that extra protection during my learning curves with my menstrual cup. Thanks again!

Hand wash with dial soft soap and milk and honey soap and cool water. Hang on clothes hanger to dry. Use gloves if you like. Use a liner under it for extra protection.

The pad is black but how do you know when its full? Does the soaked with blood part get darker? Also, how can you tell when you've washed it clean enough since its black?

You can still see the blood in the pad even though it’s dark. It’s not actually black. It’s more of a charcoal grey color. It does get darker when soaked with blood.

How's the feel as far as the wetness...especially after wearing for hours on end?🤔

I actually didn’t feel any wetness. Which is why I almost forgot it was on 🥴. My flow is medium so if you’re heavy you might experience something different.

Did you have any issues with them moving around?

Since there is a snap button at the bottom they didn’t move at all.

Hey hey I loved your video! I also was afraid about menstrual cups before and didn't want anything to do with them until I found this brand called saalt! They are really cool and you should check em out. But i totally understand that taking stuff out of you can be a pain sometimes (but personally it doesnt bother me which is a plus for me haha) and even if cups aint your thing i am glad you found a great alternative for you! I want to get some reusable pads as well so thanks for the review imma get some of these.
