Fuck yea! Lean management is working it's magic! Organizing, labeling, making things faster to grab! Everything having a home! Efficiency! When there are only so many hours in a day every foot step you can save is a win!! Also that training session with Jordan was fucking awesome!! I actually learned from that, and I thought I had coating down! 😅 SOLID!! 🤘🏼

a small pet peave, when pouring out liquids from a round container, make sure it's on a side without importmant infos on the label , so the drips don't cover up importmant info and right after scrape edge with a piece of cardboard or rag. Really like the effort, the small things matter. I think the little things improve the result a lot.

That white print on those black shirts was sooo bright! What white ink do you run?
@leestuart383 ай бұрын
I run wilflex bolt white, but the ink itself has little to do with how bright it is. It's all about having the proper setup with your screens and your press.

What lights are you using in your shop, since you are coating screens and burning them without a set dark room. Just wondering if your shop lights are a special light not emitting uv light

I wish I worked for you and with you. Why can't you be my coworker? I love how organized you are. Some people miss the point of why one's workspace needs to be clean and organized. Your finished products are a reflection of the space you work in. Also, for me, the way you work says a lot about you as a person. If you work chaos, it tells me your home life is the same. I work with a lazy bum. He isn't proactive and he's not good at organizing, and isn't willing to even put forth the effort to be. I'm not saying you have to work like me, but if I organize the ENTIRE workspace, week after week. When you go to place something on the shelves, all I ask is that you do it in manner that keeps me from cleaning up behind you. I'm also an artist, so I can't create until my house is organized. Thats just how my mind works. I live by the motto: A clean home is a clear mind. I also love how you gave Jordon his own B-roll. You are such an amazing boss. You are so encouraging. I wish you continued success. I wish the same for your crew. 💜 (don't be freaked out by the heart, I'm not a dude) 😂😮

You hit the nail on the head, your workspace is a reflection of your work. I've never once seen a filthy, ink covered shop producing top level work...ever. It's also totally disrespectful to the people working there. We try to be better every time we step in the shop and it shows. Thank you 🙏🏻
