Are you planning to expand to other countries? Because I am living in south germany, but I dont know if somebody else uses your principals or training methods... what would be your recommendation in my case, what or how should I train? Thx in advance

Had my rotator cuff reconstructed - trained with nunchucks for rehab which did wonders and sped up my recovery time

Any specific exercise you did with nunchucks or just normal training?

I am also looking for rotator cuff management. I play volleyball and the arm swing for hitting a ball is extremely stressful on one's rotator cuff.

I did a complete somersault WITH my horse at a canter. We both survived the very slim odds but my left shoulder was hurt with no access to a doctor. I put my hand in my pocket for a year until I could move. The adhessions were pervasive. This is a long THANK YOU for this info. I will be EXTREMELY careful with it.

I really appreciate your videos. I live in Nevada in Las Vegas. Do you recommend any gyms in this area that they utilize your method?
@18Hands3 ай бұрын
I'm in Vegas. There's a plethora of great training at AGC, Circus Center. They specialize in circus, aerial arts, gymnastics, tricking and all sorts of stuff. If you come to open gym at AGC, people will teach you. I am there during the weekdays 1-4 pm sometimes. I have been a teacher for many years in Kung Fu and aerial arts. If you want personal coaching, just talk to the people there! Hope to see you there. .

Dude, the background music in your videos is a complete annoyance. Content is gold but why mix it with the distracting beat?

Isn’t lifting weights aka just lifting items with various weights a part of life? Like when you move houses, you lift couches and stuff? Not sure why that’s such a bad thing.

I really wish I was near you to commit training with you, the athletism, strength and knowledge gained would be phenomenal but what you're saying about lifting is only good for lifting sends a deeply wrong message, lifting is Great for health, in COMPARAISON to what you do it is far behind, but hey plan B is not the best but the best after plan A and immensly better than no plan. So please rethink the message...
