Thats another easter egg he didnt cover, counter strike source weapons are in the game but Hidden, they were ported by valve for the German version of the game because of the censorhip , so only the german version of the game spawns them as regular guns, for other versions you have to use the console or mods , but the knife from css sadly requires a mod Also if you play with someone who has the German version those guns and the knife respawn normally. If you use mods to unlock them , all the people in the Match must have the mod in order to see them and use them. If you asking which guns are in the game from CSS: Mp5, knife, sg503, scout sniper rifle and the AWP sniper rifle.
