4:25 the upper right image of the book of mysteries is the profile image of roku, the other scribbles are from his girlfriend (confirmed by him in a stream interview) Another thing about Roku, on the map there are "Mate Vases", which also refers to where this mapmaker comes from

You missed a few, but here's few I can remember. In the Last Stand, on the house with supplies before the crane, there are a lot of Obvious References for both Death Toll and The Sacrifice campaigns. There are 22 Golden Crowbars. Reminding us that Gordon Freeman first appeared in Half Life 22 Years ago.

You missed another reference: after you pass the watch tower with the creepy radio broadcast you can find a shed near the pathway you cross to get down to the shore and get to the boat, the shed has a dead man inside with a radio and supplies along with the following written on the wall: 'must fix it' over and over again This could possibly be the guy on the radio back at the watch tower.

I'm pretty sure the orange duffle bag at the top of the watch tower is a reference to Firewatch. I could be wrong, but it looks familiar and isn't seen anywhere else in L4D2. Also, at 4:48 I recognize the image in the top-right corner. That's Roku's profile picture on Steam and Discord, he's a mod author on Steam's workshop and helped with The Last Stand update. He's known for the Resident Evil campaigns on the workshop.
