If you still loom knit after getting the sentro ( I also have the sentro, loops and threads 40 needle and the small addi ) I recommend the flexee loom links, these are 2 peg links, you can make whatever size knitting loom, they also have 3 peg links for when your pattern calls for odd number of pegs, an example will be a 41 peg loom, you will need 19 two peg links and only one 3 peg link, they also come in 3 gauge size chunky 5/8, skinny 3/8 and regular 1/2.

I think I'm finally getting it! 🥳 You said you could make a scarf with the same pattern. Do you wrap the same number of pegs?

You could wrap the same! More would make it wider and less would make it thinner. It's up to you :). I'm sorry it took so long to answer. I just discovered a ton of comments I never saw.
