These short guys tend to have the most suppressed anger from what I've learned in my travels. I've seen a dwarf in Thailand that basically laid out 3 U.S marines and it literally took 5 thai gentleman from the bar to hold this dwarf from continuing the rampage. He left on his own accord, but only after someone gave him back his stepping stool.

well the ticket is legit. The guy didnt stop where he should of stopped and stopped in the cross walk. He had a yellow light warning him to slow down and then a red light before he even got to the line he was supposed to stop at. He then ends up stopping partially in the crosswalk, even being a whole car length passed where he was supposed to stop in the first place. He also never used his turn signal.
