LEFT TURN FAIL (BIKE DROPPED, Airbag vest triggered)

Well at least you know your airbag works! Recently got a new bike and noticed I'll have to relearn how to do a tight turn from a stop. Practiced them a bit, still not confident with them, but I'm planning on practicing some more soon.

Yep, got to remember I have to look where I want to go and keep some speed so I can lean the bike while putting my weight on outside peg aka counterbalancing. Bit wider turn area doesn't hurt either 🥲

We’ve all been there, I dropped it when getting tyres changed! Looked around and no one noticed :D the airbag hurts when it goes off but trust me it will save your life or serious injury. Keep riding 😊

I just did something like this last week. Got my first bike a year after taking the MSF and getting my license. Second ride I didn't pull in the clutch while slowing to a stop and the bike sputtered and I ended up dropping it on the left side. Most embarrassing part was the line of cars honking trying to get by me at the traffic light I dropped it at.

Not enough gas and stalled the bike. Also no counterbalancing but stalling did it.
