Leftover Roast Lamb Curry

Just made this tonight for hubby and son they loved it. Easy recipe after having lamb roast from the night before. I did not add the coriander because I had none but it didn't matter because they still loved it.Thank you for the recipe. ❤

Was planning to do this but would prefer better measurements - 1 bowl of lamb, 1 bowl of coriander, when different size bowls used??? Sure, I could give it a try but easier to find another recipe... looks good though 😊

If you are going to buy curry paste, garlic paste, etc etc you might just as well buy the whole thing in a jar and add the meat!! Thumbs down for this, as I make all of my own curry pasts and curry powders!!
