Any tips on how to follow along on this video while doing your actual leg series? I'm nearly upsidedown and cannot see the screen. Thank you!!

If you're new to the series as this is a tutorial I definitely recommend watching it at least once through. Then try to follow along. But you might need to watch one part rewind do that then hit pause and try it. Its definitely not ideal to watch while doing based on the position of your neck.

you have some interesting shares-tricky on the equipment-not always available for rural living folks-but this appears to be a possible investment esp for those with severe back issues-but i appreciate the shares and the challenges-and enjoy the adaptations that the exercises help achieve-but you do have an interesting relationship to various types of equipment-that do help in the healing process-manythxsgr8shares-
