This is so helpful, thank you! My mom recently had a fall and has just been classified as a C5 quadriplegic - your tips are often way more helpful than the acute rehab facility she is currently in. Keep strong Mason - you’re an inspiration 💪🏼

Wow, I'm sorry that happened to her, but appreciate your kind words! Thank you for watching and commenting!

Awesome, I'm glad my videos are able to teach the "veterans." Haha Thank you for watching and commenting!

Thanks, Mason! Great information. I need to do more of these with my legs. I'm guilty of focusing on the upper body. ❤

Yeah, forgetting about the legs is easy to do. Thank you for watching and commenting!

Hey Mason! Great video. I feel lazy as I don’t do a lot of stretching. I found over the years by doing less stretching I gain more. This might sound a bit counter-productive, but I’m also dealing with the chronic pain condition as well as a spinal cord injury. It’s taken many years to get to where I am now. I take baclofen 3 times a day.

How do you gain more by doing less stretches? Thank you for watching and commenting!

You flexible as hell bro! Lol need to get like this Fr I'm guilty of letting my legs get really tight
@masonx548 ай бұрын
I didn't realize how flexible I was until I was editing this video. Haha You can do it! Just be consistent. It takes me less than five minutes every morning. Thank you for watching and commenting!

Hi Mason, thanks for sharing your routine. BTW, who films for you? The camera is increadably stable and well centered. Good technique. Regards from South Africa

Whoever is around at the time. Haha However, some videos I set up with a tripod to film myself. All of my videos at my desk are filmed with a webcam. Here is my computer setup: kzbin.info/www/bejne/aIbRc4uNa5hqjNk Thank you for watching and commenting!

Dope vid brotha Mase. I do similar stretches. But I also do some ROM to strengthen my hip flexors. I’m a T4 incomplete. Sometimes I’ll stand up with walker to stretch out my legs. I take baclofen twice a day.

I appreciate that. I stand everyday using my Permobil F5 VS standing feature. Have you tried getting off Baclofen or even lowering the dosage? I tried doing that after a couple of years and didn't notice much difference in my spasms, so I stopped taking it. Thank you for watching and commenting!
@jeffreywhitaker51548 ай бұрын
@@masonx54 man that F5 with standing feature is Rolls Royce type shit bro. 👍🏽👍🏽. I have the Permobile F3 with elevation and pressure relief. But don’t use it much. I haven’t tried getting off Bac but in all honesty, if I stopped taking it I probably wouldn’t notice any difference. I also take magnesium 500mg once a day for leg spasms. I don’t notice any difference. 🤷🏽♂️🤷🏼♂️

Yeah, I love my Permobil F5 VS. I recommend trying to get off Baclofen. Personally, I hate taking medications, so the less, the better.

KZbin i guess deleted a post i just made as i had a store name and item number in it. What i was trying to convey though is i'm wondering if something like this might help you or others. If you do a search for a Quatro mini hand held massager you'll see its something you can maybe get your hand thru or a loose grip and in the mornings just run it up and down your legs and thighs a couple times. Seems like maybe an effective little gaget for under 10 dollars. Anyways, hope you're doing great !
@masonx548 ай бұрын
That's weird that KZbin removed your comment because of that. Normally, comments with links go to me for review. Wow, that's actually a really cool looking gadget. I've never considered massaging my muscles to prevent spasms but makes sense. Have you used that massager? Thank you for watching and commenting!

Dang Skippy ! Remember that stock call i gave you? My #1 hold JD. Was 22 at the time. I don't think you were quite feeling it though. 🙂 + 50% ! since and soaring some more today. 3 Billion Dollar stock buyback + blowout earnings and revenues did the trick. :) Anyways..i'll give you another one. Ticker XXII . VERY speculative though but i some really interesting things happening. I'm in the last few days with 3% portfolio at 1.66/share. Anyways..anything new for you ? I saw Meta take a big dive earnings day. Actually they were good numbers though. i think its fine. I almost jumped in after hours at 412.00 that night but wound up not. Anyways, any new stocks? And did you get think or swim working? Investing is the key to life! and early retirement. :) and remember now.... XXII :) :D

I don't understand those companies. Haha You should message me on my other social media (linked in the description of all my videos), and we can discuss stocks!

…none🙌🏼😅 No triceps for this guy💪🏼
@masonx548 ай бұрын
Haha What about biceps? I think you could do the stretches that I bend my leg up toward my chest without triceps because it's just pulling, which is a bicep function.

@@masonx54 I am not able to reach my knee to be able to curl it up. If I try to lean forward to do anything with my legs, I might be able to pick my neck up when I’m laying down.
