Dimitri Romulus I agree that it’s too early for hope and Raf to have a relationship if the producers were thinking of going that route . And I do remember the 1 episode Landon was in on the originals . I wasn’t really feeling the chemistry there either . And yes Landon had rafs back but he was only telling the truth, Raf is not a murder. But it was really Raf who has Landon’s back . Even tho he lied time and time again . Even when he didn’t have to Raf had his back ran away with him and he still was keeping secrets from Raf ! But Raf still had his back , even got the school to put Landon staying to a vote . And even tho he has feelings for hope he is STILL doing to right thing and stop being friends with her . Which brings me to my last point. Hope needs someone she can depend on who is honest and strong , we all know how well hope handles disappointments. I don’t think Raf would ever let her down . That’s why they would make a perfect match aside from the chemistry they already have .

Ok, I can't lie and I'm probably wrong about thinking this but I'm thinking about which one is gonna fit into The Mikaelson family better(Rebekah, Freya and Kol are still alive) and honestly Landon will stick out like a sore thumb cause his so soft(he'd be a better fit for one of the twins in all honesty) and Raf is loyal,reckless and, like Klaus, has anger issues so he would probably fit into that whole crazy dynamic better

I actually ship Raphael and Hope not gonna lie! I mean Landon is awesome and super sweet but I think he is still really insecure in himself. I know him and Hope really like each other but I just feel like they are too rushed. I love them but when I saw Raphael and Hope together... It was something else, something really interesting and I know that I want to see their relationship develop even more. Watching this scene and seeing how good it is, I have hope that this is just begining and that I'll see more of Hopel in season 2.

There I said it, but because it needed to be spoken, Matt liked Elena but Elena really only saw them as friends. The same thing is happening here except Julie Plec is trying to make something out of it. Yes I think legacies is awesome but Plec truly turned her back on us when she killed off Klaus with a rip off ending that was supposed to happen in the vampire diaries.

i feel like they wrote themselves in a corner here. on one hand I don't get the hype with handon, they were really rushed and don't have a lot of chemistry even if their dialogue is great... it didn't feel natural that hope would be drawn to him. his constant nagging and insecurity is annoying. on the other hand, raf and landon's brotherhood is what stands out and makes this show unique from its predecessors, so ruining that with a love triangle thing would not only be bad for the show but also for those characters especially raf. and it's annoying as hell! either way i'm feeling hope/raf more but i would've kept them friends for now, too bad it seems like we won't be getting much of those scenes now, maybe he'll get over his crush idk:/

ALSO, I’m wondering if the finale (SPOILERS) was hinting that hope and raf may get together since it’s a huge theory that raf is the only one that remembers hope. I wish Hope and Rafael were the couple. I have nothing against Landon but the chemistry between Hope and Rafael felt more natural. I would’ve paired Landon with Josie or with even with Lizzie. I just feel like they never let Hope explore a potential relationship with anyone else but Landon. It got boring seeing the same things happen and separate them for the 90th time. It got old after I’d say the 3rd time. It was clear and obvious that they weren’t meant to be because of their own personal fates.
