It is very easy for a lady to get rich... 1. Find a rich guy irrespective his age, caste etc. 2. Attract him.. 3. Persuade him to get married.. 4. After getting married, start quarelling with his family members and create a scene in the house.. 5. After all this ask separate accomodation from the relatives of husband... 6. Then create a fictional story and charge the fuddu husband in a false case.. 7. Ask for alimony as high as she wants.. 8. The courts only presume that the lady as the real victim... 9. Lastly receive all the extorted money by getting the divorce.. Thats all... No need of education, no need of learning social norms, no need of any job/skill... As simple as that..

Marriage has reduced to free lifetime pension plan, marry and leave next day, then prosecute to the level that one seeks divorce, the sole remedy to husband, and then seek alimony to his standing, when his standing was all years work. Far better are corporate jobs, which says, your work is this worth, prove it, u can get increment. Strange, to put pressure, the court, even im this case said, charges are very serious. Take out her earlier petition, one will discover the copy paste job, saying one sought dowry but my seeking 5 crore is not dowry, rather solemn duty.

Koi bhi wife paise ke liye marriage marriage nahi todti hai.Agar husband ke paas Paisa hai, property hai aur wife ka married life happy hai to wife kyoun divorce chahegi?Present case me Husband ka annual income approx. 1 crore hai aur wife ko permanent alimony sirf 2 Cr.milaa hai jo husband ka sirf 2 years ka income hai. Husband ke income ke hisab se ye kam hi hai,lekin ye Hon.Supreme Court ka decision hai,to isse thik hi kaha jayega.

In my opinion, Pre nuptial agreement is the last option left with males in this country as in the garb of women empowerment, the men are being deprived of their liberty to live free life, they are subjected to unnecessary, illogical, unwarranted harrassment just because they are males... On one hand we talk about viksit Bharat and on the other hand we as a nation have not achieved gender equality Till date... Generalisation on the basis of gender is the sole reason behind this nuisance....

not at all, bevkoof naa banna. vo agreement ka koi kanooni base nahi hota jab case Court me jata ha, judge kahega yeh invalid hai, iski anumati koi kanoon nahi deta. haa me sahi keh raha hu, Example- tum to yeh bhi likhwa dogey ki "patni kama ke khilayegi pati ko aur baccho ko, pati aram se sota rahega, talaq ho hi nahi sakta, patni roj pair dabayegi etc. " Lekin bhai yeh sab kuch bhi likhwa dene Sign karane se bhi koi fayeda nahi hai. jo paper court me bina Judge ki sign ke bane uska koi base nahi, lower court ka agreement higher court me reject bhi ho sakta hai khaskar agar aurat ke khilaf ho. koi solution nahi filhal aurat ko chuna hi haram hai.

विवाह मे जब साथ रहना बहुत मुश्किल हो जाए, घीसने-पिटने से अच्छा है सम्बन्ध विच्छेद कर अलग हो जाना चाहिए। तालाक को आसान करना चाहिए, जिसमे दूसरे पक्ष को वीटो पावर नही होना चाहिए । आपसी सहमति के नाम पर तालाक के लिए लड़के को बलि को बनाया जाता है, पैसा ऐंठा जाता है। इसे तत्काल रोकना चाहिए ।

Yeh thik hey un husbands ke liye jo log dowry, adultery, disrespect, unnecessary ghar walo ka influence karna husband ko, jarurat se jyada kaam karwana, jarurat se jyada batse peda karne ke liye pressure dalna etc sab karte hey, aur wife's ki life jahannum bana deti hey...ghar walo ka dekh bhal karte karte jab khud bimar par jate toh unko dekh bhal karne ke liye koyi nahi hota....kyunki agar shadi ke turant baad koyi wife bimar par jate hey, tab husband ignore karne lagte hey, aur wife agar kuch karne like nahi rahti toh dusri shadi karna, agar beta na huwa toh dusri shadi karna nahi toh pehle toh 10 batse tak wait karna beta ki umeed me, jab ki agar wohi wife kare toh, kitni gandi characterless bola jayega....pehle kitne wives aise hi suffer karte karte mar jate they, batse peda karte karte bimar per jate they...in sab ka bhuktan koun karega...nazane kitne ghar barbaad kiye aise families ne, abhi bhi ho raha hey, kyun ki abhi wives ko thoda adhikar diya ja raha hey, toh hahakar mach gaya, jab 2 crore 3 crore ki dowry maange hey, woh koun se kanoon ke andar ate hey.....utna hi nahi mahangi car, furnitures, golds, land etc....
