Absolutely true. Being a woman myself I feel sorry for the men who go through tremendous torture and mental stress in alimony and settlement amount. Many women are taking advantage of the law and misusing it. Just now one of my colleagues said he had to pay her ex wife ten lakh rupees for settlement whereas the lady earns a good amount for herself and has no children through my colleague. So sad and painful to see such things

Rather Than the women here the Lawyers and Judges are Running this racket they are equal to Pimps of Prostitute where the pimp gets commission on the money earned by the Prostitute.... here for eg compare the wife to be a Prostitute... the lawyer is the Pimp and he is getting share of 15 to 25 % in the Alimony as his commission....and here the Husband is the customer ....

Wo apne ghar bhi jaa kar rah sakti hai kyuki ab pita k property m ladki ka bhi haq hai. पत्नी को 125 द्वारा 8 हजार पर मंथ मेंटिनेंस दिलवाया गया। तलाक की अर्जी लगाने पर फेमली कोर्ट ने 3 हजार मंथली + मुकदमे का खर्च 10 हजार और दिलवा दिया। जबकी सेक्शन 09 और डीवी12 पति के पक्ष में हैं। आखिर फेमली कोर्ट सेक्शन 09 और झूठे डीवी12 पर क्यों ध्यान नहीं देती?

No it is not right to pay 6Cr it is the money earned by the husband by his own caliber, the real question is who wants to opt out of the relation, if wife do not want to continue the relation (that to intentionally by putting false blame on husband) then why should husband pay for her whims and wish. I strongly feel the lawyers representing the husband is ducking around by the excuse of the courts. Husband's lawyer has a potential responsibility to perform his legal responsibility towards his clients and defend the husband to the truest fulfillment as a moral responsibility. What if the wife is at fault and not at all performing her matrimonial responsibilities by leaving her matrimonial home with her own whims and wish to fulfill her personal irresponsible and irrational demands. Husband want to continue the relation for the welfare of child but the wife uses the child as a weapon against the father then how and why in such cases will husband give maintenance. This is utter ATROCITY upon husband by the Judiciary. The statue of the Lady Justice is blindfolded or is the common sense of the court officers which is in blindfolded?! It is high time to STOP saying the court system is such, there are people running the system the walls and door do not run the system, and many victims of this so called system are committing suicide. If the British system can be abolished then why can not this corrupt Judiciary system be abolished?!

Hi if a bride's family files false dowry case and also files false monetary transaction on the day of wedding that his husband has received cash as dowry which is more than 2 lakhs and also files false expenses in the f.i.r which does not matches with income tax return of brides family than can a husband seek help from income tax department by filing a complaint on portal because cash transaction is probhited more than 2 lakh to single person on single event on sinle day .

आप की बात सुनी और जो महत्वपूर्ण लगी वो 05:30 से 05:51 min पे है जिससे ये पूर्णरूप से ये समझ आता है कि कोर्ट हमेशा गलत होती है। इसका तर्क भी है पति पत्नी किसी छोटे शहर से बड़े शहर में चले गए तो उनका social status बढ़ गया क्या ????? मतलब तो यही हुआ कि कोर्ट भी माननी कर रही है । अगर पत्नी की बतमीज़ी की वजह से पुरुष divorce ले रहा है तो पुरुष ही गलत है और 5 करोड़ दे। ये तो बिना मेहनत के कंगाल से करोड़पति बनाने की ninja technique है भाई और वो भी tax free, white money
